I had a fantastic experience at the Clarks store thanks to Deborah! She helped me find not one, but two perfect pairs of shoes. Deborah was incredibly knowledgeable—she took the time to explain what kind of support and fit would work best for my feet and answered all my questions with such patience and care. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find what’s right for them. If you’re shopping at Clarks, I highly recommend asking for Deborah—you’ll be in great hands!

After returning items that didn't fit me well, and not able to find another size, I was pretty bummed. But I just had to come on here and give their staff a big shout out!!
The team members that helped were very polite and considerate. The managers are a pleasure to speak with, and they're very understanding. Also, this evening while making my return, your manager on duty was a phenomenal human being. Not only was I treated with kindness, even though it was just a return, the manager gave my daughter a bandaid for her finger.
Oh how I wish I could fit into these shoes! 🤣

This does not pertain to the brick and mortar store. This is an online review. Horrible customer service! I was ordering three pairs of shoes I applied the code for free shipping. When I entered my credit card number, I entered it wrong. Had to go back and re-enter then clicked the purchase button. As soon as I did, I saw that it charged me for expedited shipping $28! I immediately tried to contact them, but you can’t by phone only Monday through Friday and this was off hours when I made the purchase and the weekend was upon us. So I contacted them through the site via email message and then I tried calling again on Monday because the order was going to be here by Tuesday and I sent another Message and then they got here and then I sent another message then finally a fourth and I finally got a response over a week later saying so sad too bad! Never ever ever again will I purchase another pair of Clark’s shoes because of that, I don’t care how comfortable they are or how cute they are. Horrible customer service.

Stephanie helped me find the perfect loafers and she even put thr protection balm on for me. She was beyond nice and went out of her way to help me. She also knew what colours and styles she had in.

I bought two pairs of shoes. However, when I used one of the pairs, it started cutting the back of my ankle area. So I go and return the shoes and to my surprise they won’t take a return unless you take half the money of what the shoes cost since they were worn. No one told me about this return policy and I only had the shoes for one day. This company should change their policy to a customer satisfaction one instead of the current one they have where we as customers have to pay out of our pocket to return shoes that are possible defective or just plain hurt our feet. Zero stars if I could. And for the old lady that helped me, you knew you could have gave me a full refund because you said it yourself when you were debating whether to give it to me or not! Shame on you.
