Some of the best customer service I’ve ever come across! Me and my husband came and and I was looking to purchase the crystal mini Soho and right away i was greeted by the amazing Lauren. Instantly , she greeted me and my husband with a smile and took me to the bag. Me and her ended up having long chats and bonding about our hometown and music We like to listen to and before you know it, I was buying my dream bag from the best sales associate. She was so kind and genuinely one of the best parts about my trip. Thank you, Lauren for giving the absolute best customer service and making my trip amazing

Marjorie and Jadon were amazing. Nothing anyone who has interacted with don't already know, and while Marge was the most friendly and outgoing sales person, Jadon is a master of the press. If you are thinking of getting a Vegas-specific bag, hit these two up and ask for the 3-fold vegas tag. It will forever be a special memento of our time in Vegas!

Today I was assisted by Melissa. Again, the best customer service in Vegas. She helped me find exactly what I needed. I always stop here anytime I am in Vegas. Highly recommended.
The best service I have ever received. ISABELLE was so sweet and complimented our vintage Coach Carousel purse. She even helped us pick out a hang tag that matched. Reena monogrammed them for us.
This is the best souvenir we could have asked for. We will definitely return any time we visit the city. Isabelle obviously loves her job and is very good at it.

Went here for the wife when I went to Vegas. They were patient as I had my wife on FaceTime going over stuff I have no clue about. Staff was real nice and considerate.

So yesterday I went into a couple different locations before walking in this location just to see if there would be anything different. And there was something different about this store that would be the staff. . When I walked in, there was a girl named Evelyn that greeted me with a beautiful smile. The other two locations I went into I was not greeted the same way I was here. To be honest with you everybody at this location was friendly and nice. So after shopping today, I decided I was going to go get the sneakers that I wanted there and. I walked past three other Coach locations at different casinos so I could purchase from this store. So I just wanted to say if you wanted a nice friendly experience that you would want to go into this location thank you Evelyn for a nice shopping experience.Al

I had the best experience ever in the Coach Store. They helped me find the bag I was looking for, helped me find a matching wallet, and helped my customize my bag! The staff was very friendly and a joy to talk to!! Next time I come to Vegas, I will definitely be coming back!!

I ordered a few pairs of earrings online.The silver pair tarnished loved them.I saw them in the store on vacation and spoke on how they turned after awhile of wearing them less then one year, and They swapped them out for me.

My family and I had the best experience today with the entire staff! They gift boxes our items and stamped our hangtags. They also held a bag that we had misplaced and made sure we got it back. Tony and his team are fantastic.
