I sometimes get gas here when I really need it I like how I can use my gas points in the gas is very affordable. I just don't like the fact that I have to go to pay a cashier rather than just pay at the pump like at other places but overall the customer service is pretty good when they are on their phones when I'm standing there to pay.

Had a very unpleasant experience today. Came an hour before closing. Was at the register 25 min before 11 pm.The woman at the register asked if I don't mind to round up my total to my rewards card. When I said I mind, the other one, that did a very lousy job packing my items, started telling a story how customers are stupid by not allowing them to round up, because if they don't have change, what are they supposed to do?How about you go get a change ?! The guy at self check out thought it was appropriate to show me with his hands to keep moving faster. Who do these people think they are? Acting as if the own the damn store.

I had the most amazing interaction with Michelle from the Deli. I visited on 09/21/2020 around 8pm or so. Michelle was such a delight to talk to. She made sure that my order was correct and even asked me if it was ok that she very slightly went over my requested weight for my item. By the way, I'm glad she did, it was the first time ordering Bors Head chicken deli meat. It was super delicious. She even made sure to not just say next when she was done assisting me, she actually wished me a great evening. Sometimes it's the little things that count. Because of her, expect to see me a lot more often at this Smith's. I just moved to this area from the other side of town. While this supermarket is not the closest to my house, this is where I'm coming. And to Michelle, keep up the amazing work. You're doing an amazing job, keep doing what you're doing.

I was told by the manager on duty tonight that they don't enforce mask compliance even though it's mandated by the state. For crying out loud people, we buy our groceries from you!!!! Reporting to the health district! Seriously

Gas was more affordable in Navada than Los Angeles. Plus you can use your Ralphs rewards points for an even lower price. I also like the convenience of having Smith's grocery. You can also use your Ralphs club card at the grocery store to save money and get more points towards gas.

Hi. I haven't been able to get out of the house for the past few days. So this week we chose shopping online at Smith's having a friend picking up the groceries for us. What a waste! We can't eat some of the food. Some items are expired/about to expire. I can't believe such a bad service!

Fruits and vegetables are not wrapped individually. Who knows how many people touched the apples before you?

There's my neighborhood Smith's but, unfortunately, my store doesn't do pick ups. So, Rainbow location to the rescue. I love using the pick up options and app makes it so easy! Granted, I order chips, snacks, milk for the kids more so thru the app because I'll order multiples of them. So they just bring it right on out to my car. Workers come out masked and friendly. If there's items not available, they can substitute if you want. Overall easy experience and if you want to add to your order, you can!!!! Personally, I love the pick up options thru any app because I feel like you save $ by not perusing the aisles lol So that's a major plus right now!

This is my go-to store for grocery shopping because they have great sales and their meat, dairy, and produce are pretty fresh. Staff are always helpful and friendly. It does tend to get busy, since it's the only Smith's anywhere nearby, but if you go early, it's better. My only complaint is that I frequently fill out their surveys and request that they stock certain items (they carry green curry paste, but not red, for example) and I tell the cashiers when they ask if I found everything I needed, but they have never responded by stocking the items I've requested.

Come here pretty often, most things are stocked and most of the staff is friendly. The floral section is always well maintained with nice plants. The winery section has a nice selection of wines to choose from. I've only had two poor encounters with a staff member. During the quarantine lines were condensed into one line but did notice a second line with a woman and two gentlemen so I decided to head into that one. I did notice a smiths staff member helping out those in self check out. The two men went to an open register to check themselves out. Then the woman went afterwards I then notice the smiths staff member looked at me... raised her brows and made a distorted face. And when I was next she told people from the other line to go next ahead of me. I then said I think I was next she said no the line is there. Then the women that went ahead of me defended me saying yes she was next the smiths staff member said no. I just moved on got in the line and checked out. Then on another visit, she was a cashier with a mask on and raised her brows with the same distortion when we made eye contact. Very strange rude possibly racist women, who knows.

These stars are solely for Ted. Came here around 5:30pm on Tuesday and I swear I blinked and this man was done ringing up my groceries. Pure quickness. Superior speed. I swear not many people have this talent. H**y Sh*T

I understand closing early but if you post that you're open and you tell me you're open over the phone until 8pm, don't turn people away at 730pm.

Been shopping this location for about 3 years, always a nice experience Today for first time did their pick up service, and WOW, so cool and GREAT. Ordered online Tuesday, gave me a window for pick up on Saturday. Over the 3 days in between, I added and deleted items multiple times. It was so easy! Thanks Smiths

While many stores are struggling during the Corona panic to keep the shelves full Smith's has done a great job. Went to Smith's on s rainbow at 7:45am today and they were mostly fully stocked. Full meat counters, eggs, backed hoods, produce, aspirin, lozenges, etc. The only exceptions were toilet paper and sanitizer which they were limiting quanties. The store was neat, clean and fully staffed with cashiers, baggers and stickers . Good job Smith's!!!!

They are stopping people from going in the store 30 minutes before store closing. They are limiting the hours already. Some people work during the day and have to shop after work. They can not do that if the store are constantly limiting their hours and making it hard for the people who still work and have to work. This really sucks.
