Bill is by far the friendliest associate at this location! He's always happy to help, fast, and service with a smile. It's always so nice to see him when I get my weekly groceries.

While I don't visit Albertsons too often, in the event that I do need something, chances are they'll have something I need. What's great about this Albertsons is that there's a DMV self service Kiosk which is nice but if you're not familiar with using the self checkout Kiosk, finding assistance may be quite difficult. While they do have deli section, I've only ever been there a handful of times and usually just stop by for the Starbucks if I'm in the area! The food mainly consists of rotisserie chicken and dishes that you can scoop yourself such as mac n' cheese, chicken tenders and such and it'll be weighed to determine the price. Though as far as Albertsons goes, while I've been to this one for years, it's about time I gave it a review and really, nothing stuck out to me. The only thing that really stuck out to me was the convenient DMV kiosk but even then sometimes it can be out of service. Overall as of now I would lean it more towards a 3.5 stars and hope that the service will improve in the future!

This place is so expensive! Which I understand because of the times we live in.! But everyone working there was just not friendly. I mean everyone for the cart person to the self checkout lady that had ZERO customer service! I understand hating to help people all the time I get that. But at least pretend! Even if's just a fake hello! I also just hate their whole click coupon system! Just give us the sell price on the overpriced items so we can think we got somewhat of a deal!!!

This is one of the cleanest and nicest in town. I have had some issues with a particular pharmacy tech but I think it's just her nature. I won't name her but I will name Brandy M at Starbucks . She has a bad attitude each time my wife and I go there. We just moved to area and thought this was going to work out fine. We may have to find another Albertsons.....

This review isFor the Albertsons on Grand Canyon and Flamingo! i find that this grocery store is generally very clean and fresh made breads and rolls are fresh if we makeSure toEvaluate dates! For the most part the people who work hear areVery knowledgeable andWilling toHelp!! There is one young woman who is aSinglemom who does an amazing job of putting deli meats andCheeses so neatly and well separated that the products remain fresherLonger. She is terrific. I wish I remembered her name!! My husband no longer will order steak from a restaurant because the filet mignon(when in stock) and NY Steak bone in) areDelectableAnd you can hand picked them each time. In faceI have two filets with a rub marinating forTonight and smell delicious with a fresh baked potatoe andGrilled fresh asparagus !! All fresh andAllDelicious. The produce section in this Albertsons is generally excellent. Once I awhileSomeVeggies aren't available but I believe that it is market availability as a whole!! If you utilize the digitalCoupons etc they offer it helpsWith someVery high priced oresForExampleCerealsFor$7 a box. Too rich for my budget. BesidesWhich I usually only buy it when my kids are visiting!! I haven'tChecked against other groceries but enjoy shopping atThis Albertsons on Flamingo andgrand Canyon

The fact that i found a HAIR that looks like a PUBIC HAIR in my fruit cup packaging has me in disbelief. That is so disgusting. That means they are not wearing hair/beard nets.. Unless it truly is a pubic hair... I am never shopping at this location again as if i found a hair in my fruit cup i'm sure there is more hairs in other food items. I called the store's customer service about it as well as getting a refund but it does not justify the non sanitary act.

I moved to this side of town back in March/April 2020. As always you have to find stores, shops, coffee houses etc. I decide to pull in here and grab a coffee. This was near the beginning of the padademic. I'm greeted by a friendly voice as I am walking in. Like a Paul Simon song, his name is Alfred, but let's call him Al, then a hello from the Barista, while in line a passing by worker asks me how's my day. I'm simply blown away by everyone being so friendly. Now, with coffee in hand made perfectly by the barista, I believe his name was Sean, I decided to walk around. I walk up to seemingly the friendliest person I may have ever met and ask him if they have the bottled starbucks mocha drinks. He replies yes and walks me over to them. Once again, this was Al. I'm blown away that he walked me over to them instead of pointing. Also shocked, they had them and told him thank you. He simply replied, "That's why we're here. If you need anything else, just ask." I've never been to any store where every time I go, everyone is in a good mood, friendly and nice. Everyone at this location not only seems to like their job but seems to love working there, and it shows. They take pride in their store. I try to take care of them because they are part of my community. It's more than a store it's also its own community within our community. From the store manager to the nice people gathering the carts, from the checkers to the floor workers, everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. Even during the beginning of the padademic. Heck, even the store manager back then, and now it will take time to not only talk with you about a product but will walk you over to it. Albertsons Vons, when you read this, you should take notes. This is the shining example of how your stores should be. Corp. you could learn a lot from Alfred and his entire team who work together to run their store. This location, once again, is more than a store it's part of our community, and I want to thank them all. The amazing team at this Albertsons above and beyond excellent. Their kindness, friendliest, and overall positivity have helped me and so many others in our community over the past year's. Thank you so much. As a special note, I want to thank all my amazing baristas at this location. But above all, I want to say thank you to the first person who was randomly nice to me here. Someone I would consider at the highest of excellence. Once again, Al. Theirs a reason why everyone at this location calls Alfred Dad. He is the heart and soul of this location. Heck, just a brief conversation with him always puts a smile on my face. Along with his kindness and character, he is one of the hardest workers I've ever met. Leading by example is huge in business. I tend to swing by this location almost every day. Your staff and of course Al is why. I'm not sure if this counts, but here's a 5 Star Rating for Alfred. As well as 5 stars for this location. Thank you once again to everyone at this location. Both my family and our community thank you for having such a superior team at this location. Once again, everyone at this location, customers, and workers threw this message want to recognize Alfred as a leader. Both at this Albertson and within our community. Sincerely, DJ Irish

This Albertsons is awful. The produce is terrible it never look s clean or appealing . The expiration dates you must be very careful most times I have shopped here the items available are up that day like today 6/3023 the ready made chopped up rotisserie chicken all the expiration dates were up today , what's with that ? The people working here most of them not available to help and not around . The cash register worker today older man ,not even a smile or any greeting , I had to say hello to him and he looked at me as if to say why are you saying hello? The store needs to be cleaned up .Managment needs to do something about it ,especially the produce section ,all picked over and empty on a Friday before a holiday weekend ?Lettuce all wilted ?

If I'm not shopping at Smith's, I will pick up my grocery's at Albertsons. The prices are much higher. However, Their hot food is so much better than other grocery stores. The fried chicken is so good and fresh.

One of the better and cleaner stores in Las Vegas. They have more of a selection on quite a few items compared to the Smiths store just down the street. Lots of convenience in one store. They have their own post office and package drop off that I use quite often. Items seem to be in stock quite often. And all of the staff are friendly and greet you as they pass by. And they play pretty decent music while you shop. And another plus is that since it's on a nice end of town, they don't seem to have three riff raff hanging about that I've seen in other stores.

Just stopped by to try and pick up the last fruit tart that was in the case and the lady behind the counter told me the bakery section was closed. I asked if I could just quick get the tart, nothing else, and the excuse was "because of the drains, we can't open the case after closing". I've been in customer service for 15 years and the lack of care in the industry in Vegas is frustrating. It's not the entitlement, it's the fact that I would've done it for her if the tables were turned. She was literally standing right in front of the case where it was that she could've grabbed it quick and let me be on my way. Going to smiths from now on.

Steven from USPS earned 5 stars. Although it was before 2:00 pm the previous USPS driver would not take my 3 envelopes (he was parked in the parking lot). He was in his truck and motioned for me to go into the store. A few minutes later another USPS truck pulled up and Steve had no problem grabbing them.

I've been shopping here for about three years now and all of the staff is awesome. I just wanted to give a special shout-out to Mark for always having a positive attitude and good energy. He always has a smile every time I see him and is always so welcoming. He's literally one of the nicest people in the Customer Service industry that I've met here in Las Vegas. Keep up the good energy, Mark! You're awesome!!

Well Yes I'm loving this store! My first time. I love Vons and always shopped when I lived on east side of Las Vegas. Albertsons and Vons are now owned by same company. I had been told they had a special on their produce. So I immediately went to check out. What an awesome produce section, I'm all about fresh produce! Not too crowded. Very clean. Nice customer service and plenty of parking. Recommend. Located at West Flamingo near Grand Canyon. Beautiful grocery store.

Wish I could give less than a star. I went to Starbucks the other day and ordered a venti white mocha, 2 shots of espresso, and 3 pumps of white mocha and almond milk. And I paid around 6 dollars for it. Not thinking anything about it after I paid, the manager had the audacity to tell me if I would've ordered it a certain way, I could've paid only 3 dollars for it. Why she told me AFTER the fact I had paid? Maybe because she's a scammer. Like why on earth would you tell me AFTER I pay 6 bucks that if I would've ordered the drink a certain way it could've been around 3 dollars. I was so appalled. And then she had the nerve to tell me "unfortunately I can't do anything about it now" so why the hell did you say something in the first place? Why didn't you tell me AS I'm ordering "oh hey order it like this and it's cheaper" I swear every time I come into this Albertsons it's always something. And to the Starbucks manager, shame on you for doing that. Who do you think you are? Why not just be helpful and tell someone they can save money a certain way BEFORE THEY PAY!!!! Like what was the point of that?
