I bought a Columbia jacket while visiting Las Vegas, and the staff forgot to remove the security tag. I only discovered it after flying to New York, and now I can’t wear it. I contacted the store, but there was no helpful solution offered. This ruined my trip — I paid full price for something I can’t even use. Extremely disappointing experience from a brand I trusted.

Excellent customer service greeted with a smile and a hello, helped while I was shopping, they recommend stuff and assisted me. I could not ask for more. JaNai, Frank, Sofia and the entire crew at this store are amazing. I am at the mall monthly and always have had good service from the crew at the Columbia store. Thank you!

This is the typical outlet store. There are a variety of styles. On this day, there was a pretty good sale.
The store is medium-sized.

Make sure when you go there to put everything back exactly in their place otherwise you will be lectured on common courtesy and made to put them back!

The most discrimination I have faced is in the Columbia stores in the south premium outlet.
If you are planning to buy in the Columbia stores often as a return customer, they will not let you use discount coupons or mail coupons any more. Not sure why, but we asked and followed their game rules.
The assistant manager, Perla Lira, she was acting like she is the owner of the store and showed some rude attitudes. They did not care about you or value you as a customer.
There are other better brand names like the North Face, Nike, Adidas, and etc in the outlet.

Nice outlet store at the north end of the Las Vegas Premium Outlets. There is plenty of free parking right out the north door of the store, which makes it very convenient if you wish to visit the store only. No need to walk through the mall to reach the store. The thing we like best about this store are the people who work there. They were friendly, professional and very helpful in helping us find what we needed. The prices are okay, and if you live in the area, you can find some very good deals are discontinued items, end of season or just items they no longer stock. They usually have some type of sale going on no matter what time of the year it is. The store is well stocked, but it really is not that large.

The quality of the clothing here is really good for a 2nd's store. There are not too many defects (mostly none) that are detectable on any of it. The clothing level is usually one step below what you can find at the expensive sporting goods stores, so it is not often that you find top end stuff. However, they do often mix in some of their "Mountain Hardware" line of clothing (some limited pieces) and those pieces are all better than regular Columbia line. They used to have better "Sale" rack, where they put some really fantastic clothing at years end, however they have pulled back some on what they put on those racks lately. Also know that there is a 2nd Columbia store in this mall, which is located on the opposite side of the mall, however only the really cheap clothing ends up there (most of the time). Check it out.

These people straight up lie to you at checkout. They asked for my email and I declined. Then they said it is only to receive the warranty on the items. And now I get constant marketing emails from Columbia.
