Copart - Las Vegas

Hours: Copart - Las Vegas is a global leader in online car auctions, making it easy to find repairable salvage cars and clean title vehicles. Their online bidding process is simple and secure. The inventory includes a wide variety of vehicles, whether for a fixer-upper or a reliable used car. The facility is clean. Staff members are described as kind, patient, helpful, nice, friendly, and compassionate, often going above and beyond to assist during stressful situations, such as with a totaled vehicle. They help navigate the process and can retrieve items like license plates. For some insurance providers, storage fees may not apply as the location is an inspection site. The process requires checking in, often via a QR code or a confusing app. Wait times vary, from 20 minutes to four hours, with notification by text. Visitors must stay nearby. There are rules, such as no open-toed shoes when retrieving belongings. Parts of the facility are closed on weekends. Despite some frustrations with the check-in system, the overall experience is often smooth and much less stressful than expected.
