Local reviewer here: my sister is a local hair stylist and we just stopped by here to pick up the supplies for her to dye my hair for the big U2 concert tomorrow night. The staff took their time in helping us get just the right product and even found some better deals for us to consider.EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, and superlative customer service. They were as excited as WE were about both the concert and Las Vegas in general. This place absolutely rocks, legit.

I will never shop here again. They literally make up their own rules. I bought a flat iron, was rung out normal. 3 days pass and I go back to return it due to finding a better one. I took in the receipt and everything, as soon as I told the employee named Michelle she has an attitude and says you can not return or exchange this. I ask why, she said her manager said any styling tools you can return or exchange. I show her that even on the reciept it says “any electrical unused and unopened items can be returned and exchanged within 60 days” !! I check online website policy and the same exact statement. I ask her where the manager is or supervisor I can speak to. She said there’s no one else but her. Seriously? It’s extremely unfair that this store can just make up this random policy when there IS NO PROOF OR POLICY YOU CANT. Even if it were in place, there is NO SIGN saying such thing, not once did the cashier tell me it was final sale or about this “policy” or is it even on the receipt. extremely unprofessional and unfair . Don’t bring your money here.
