One star for Richard. Unfortunately Trish at Membership counter thinks because she's white and I'm not that I am less than. 10 year executive member business, a customer who only asked to verify address (have not received any correspondence from Costco) and she refused. Said I need a copy of your mail to verify your address.
Asked for a manager. Richard checked address for me and was prompt and professional without the added scrunity POC still seem to endure.

If you have a business account. This is a good place to pick up a lot of goods items. It's a nice place to visit and you're really going to enjoy it.

We had a very positive experience in your naan grocery store. Yes if you can believe it we came to the entrance of your store after the shopping carts were Edward promptly told "we are not a grocery store, the carts are outside". Somebody was having a bad day and wanted to take it out on anybody to talk to him, all he had to do who missed scanning their membership cards. VERY VERY UNFRIENDLY. There must be other jobs in Las Vegas to which this individual could submit his application.
We had a great visit lots of selection and lots of large lots.

I went to Costco gas after holidays, the screen shows my card invalid, I was very shocked,cause just renewed 12/26, not over a week, so I walked in store to check. Guess what?! There is a lady “Trish” made new account for me, without explanation and tell me last time. Suddenly, I remember her smile and our whole conversation. On 12/26, I walked in store asked this lady, she seems very nice, I asked:”Ma’am,is that possible shopping without carry my Costco card, I just forgot it“ I gave my ID to her at same time, she said “yes, but sorry the card is invalid, do you want to renew today” I said “yes, no problem, but I don’t want take any picture or get new card, I look so mess today :)plus I still have my card, i love the photo on my Costco membership card, it’s my favorite, She said “ absolutely!” then she printed a temporary member paper to me for shopping, but it was my step son’s name on the paperwork,I confused, but didn’t Suspect anything, I thought maybe family members, he even wasn’t there that day, I gave her my ID , and i paid, I was only one person showed up that day, that’s a sign to show very unprofessional customer Service to me after all happened later, I shared my experience , be careful all fake smile surround you, always double check if you feel something is little weird, luckily, it only member card, only cost my time back-and-forth to fill gas and fix new account, any big deals in life, it costs you more..

Some female worker went out of her way to stop me from paying for my sick mothers groceries today because she couldn’t physically walk around and stand in the store for a long period. Middle aged Caucasian woman didn’t get her name. I’m sure you guys know who she is bc she’s clearly difficult and an ass at servicing customers.

Normally, I'd give Costco five stars, but in my area, the Business Center is inside the regular Costco so I was disappointed that this one didn't have what I usually go to Costco for.
