Sunday is a really busy day at Costco. Unfortunately, there are people who think that are the only ones that matter, but that's everywhere. The lines were really long, but thankfully, they have associates helping out in the self-check lane, so it went by pretty quickly.
It was a good experience altogether.

This is honestly the most disappointing Costco I have shopped at. They hardly ever bring in anything new! It’s always the same crap constantly. Everyone once in a while I will see a new item but not usually. It’s all basically the same boring items week after week and it’s been that way for over a year now.

The store itself is great, but my experience at checkout really soured my visit; I spent about $700 on groceries, and while the shopping part was smooth, things took a turn when we asked to split our payment.
An employee named Aaron, an older Caucasian man, was rude and unprofessional. He started tossing our groceries back onto the belt and gave us unnecessary attitude over something that was a small issue at best. My brother mentioned he had put a divider on the belt to my mother, but Aaron interjected, insisting there wasn’t one. The tone in which he said that, and the fact that we weren’t talking to him felt as if he was calling my brother a liar. Even if there was a mix-up, it was a minor inconvenience, and the way Aaron handled it was totally uncalled for.
My entire family noticed his attitude and felt disrespected; no one was comfortable talking about the situation until we left the store, which as soon as my brother brought it up, everyone agreed unanimously.
Overall, the shopping experience was good, but this one interaction at checkout left a bad taste in my mouth. I expect better customer service, especially when spending a significant amount of money, and when the only mistake we could have made might caused a 3 minute setback.
Edit: I have yet to be acknowledged after 6 months, so I have adjusted my review accordingly

Always very busy, yet they get you out pretty quickly when it’s time to checkout. Think it would be nice if they could adapt the pay through app as Sam’s club however I do prefer ppl to robots not as efficient but the human touch is a better experience most days.

People in the parking lot are extremely aggressive. I watched a guy tell a cancer patient he hopes she dies over a parking spot and then threw coffee on her car. I followed her to let her know I wrote down his plates in case she wants to do anything. They need security in the parking lot.

Their new food service idea is terrible, and now their food isn’t as fresh as it could be. They mass make pizza and serve it old and cold.

Very bad attitude of this worker, we tried to speak with a membership representative who was one step away from the store exit, when we were about to speak with the representative, he told us that we had to enter the store and go around completely to get to the same point where we were one step away before, I understand the rules, what I don't understand is the bad judgment

Just poor customer service at check out supervisor mouthy with unnecessary comments when asking for items to be placed in boxes
Prior to leaving, I just returned the merchandise for a refund of $450...solely due to poor service at checkout
Thank you Costco for wasting 30 minutes of my time
