I never received my equipment for internet yet I received a bill stating I owed $37.50 !?!?
I tired to cancel service and was given the run around.

I am throughly disappointed in Cox customer service. They keep adding fees. I'm paying $150 per month for just internet. I had to go to unlimited data. One month my bill was $190 because of data overages. They know there will be better options in the future and they are trying to get all they can. Just sad that a large company can't succeed and do good business!

ItS been 13 to 14 years I've had this cable. I'm a senior military retire veteran. I ask the agent if there was a discount. The replied was yes. Then why I haven't get it. I have been paying a high bill of $161.29 and yet the movies shows the same every month in all different channels for all this years. The movie scheduler he or she are not any good at all. I am not very happy with the service.

Horrible customer service!!! I spent an hour on the phone setting up an appointment to get my service working. She insisted that the tech would be at my house 1:08. Never showed up. I got a phone call from a 3rd party around 4 o'clock making bullshit excuses. I canceled my hike with friends to make the appointment and you screwed me. I'm paying 220 a month for shit that doesn't work and workers who suck

Cox needs to hire employees who actually give a damn. It's not enough that they transferred my Business Account service while I am in the middle of my job in a Company meeting, they transferred it to another of my locations WITHOUT My Authorization. But when I called in to have them transfer it back, the first round of reps were dismissive and sighing like I was the pain. After my issue was Still not resolved, I had to call again only to get transferred multiple times Again and then the reps have the nerve to match my irritation and get condescending, meanwhile I am missing work aka Money.
It finally got resolved 5+ hours later, but the reps attitudes towards my panic and plight made the situation worse and infuriating.

Terrible experience with Cox. Changed my rates multiple times, charges exorbitant rate if you don't want to have 2 year contract, penalty for leaving hte contract is to pay all of it! Insane. Paid my final bill after I switched to T Mobile hotspot, which works great by the way and is wayyyy cheaper, and then they charged me more.

The worse I just tried canceling my account and they wouldn’t help me because I had forgotten the 4 digit pin.
I gave the my phone number, name and last name, client number, confirmed my address.
And the lady agent through the texting service (Alma B.)
Refused to cancel my services just because I can’t remember a 4 digits pin, I gave them years ago…what do I do ? I freaking hate cox !! 🤮

Nothing against the individuals working at this store, but the internet service is terrible in my area. Since the beginning of the year I have had 6 outages (some lasting the entire business day). It’s August now, so I probably have about 5 more outages in store for me before the years out.
Here’s a thought, replace your old failing system instead of slapping temporary fixes on it. You guys are a monopoly in my area in terms of ground internet service. If there were other choices, I’d be gone already.
