This was a friendliest crew and I’ve ever . I dealt with , on the blue diamond in Vegas was absolutely fantastic. Paris was amazing. Answered all my questions and sent me out smiling . wish other companies had an employee like that thoughtful and courteous and patient.

Absolutely the worst service. As a buisness owner I've taken half my afternoon to wait for a repair . As I get an email advising I've been rescheduled. Not one call,not even a voicemail left. Technician advised "I" had requested to be rescheduled. As im sitting here waiting for his/her arrival. As southern Nevada has some of the chappies internet providers selection, it make is seriously infuriating when all CSR reps can say is I'm sorry ,There nothing we can do tonight"
If you can find a better provider I suggest you do.

They have done nothing but raise rate Over and ober, while other pay 85 for what i pay 160 and they sent me a loyal email, followed but a 10 increase to 170.
Once then new fiver companies come in dont think we will forget or forgive your greed, we will leave in droves never to return and smile as you go out of business.
Cox is the devil, they take advantage on there monopoly, but your day is coming.
And don't be tricked by this scan they're trying to get you into the cell phone they're just going to do that and I hope that it all make people stay once these new companies come in they don't want you to jump ship the same thing they did when cable was going out they started adding phone lines and trying to get you to sign up with those so you could bundle and look like you're saving money in the hopes that you wouldn't want to cancel two services and stay with them.
Just dump them like a bad habit. If people speak out in masses in they drop 30% of their base in a month they will change their tune hopefully it'll be too late cuz I prefer them to go to business because I think they're evil for doing this I've been almost 25 years with them and all they've done is price gouged me the whole time.

One of the few times I walked into a Cox Store and immediately greeted for service.
Great news because I was already unhappy having to go there bcuz they screwed up my change order via internet and Chat room interaction.
Problem is/was the new fiber optic boxes highly advertised on TV but local office is uninformed. Chat room left me hanging for 25 minutes before telling me that he would need to send me to a "Loyalty Team" for further FRUSTRATION. That Team entity never answered the call.
Bottom line is the Store Rep went thru a similar conversation. He left me to talk to someone else and finally returned...immediately handing me a new modem saying "Try this...if it doesn't work...call Tech Support".
How do multi billion dollar companies get away with this?
