Got what I needed and people were friendly, but it was a long wait. Arrived about 10 minutes after opening and waited 25 minutes before being helped. Having said that...no other issues and everyone was busy. Didn't see anyone not helping someone.

Jason was awesome. We went in to talk about our monthly bill and what we wanted to change and he was fast, responsive and very polite! Highly recommend him!!! Left the store very happy. Thank you again Jason!

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous and they should prioritize quick transactions like turning in cable equipment.

I’d never recommend Cox internet to anyone here. Unreliable internet and never any solution when you contact customer service!!!!

I had a great experience picking up my Internet router in just 10 minutes! The staff was super friendly, and there were no penalties involved. I was really pleased with the service charge of only $50 for home internet. It’s fantastic!

When I saw how long the line was, I was expecting to wait a long time; however, I arrived, signed in, and was taken care of in about 20 minutes. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating keep up the good work!

The DMV is faster than this store. They are slow, stay in the back and don’t bother helping their customers. I left. COX years ago because of this same type of customer service and it looks like I’m going to be searching for a new provider immediately! Absolutely ridiculous!!! The customer service rep Ruby was rude!!! Said it should be working, to to another store! Filing a complaint with corporate as well. Just gross to treat people this way especially in front of my five year old daughter.

Horrible customer service in person over the phone and in the chat so I moved my cell phone service that I added after having their internet service 1 1/2 years. Never been late. After I moved my cell service then they removed my disabled self off the plan I was on and deleted my discounts. When I called to find out why they flat out lied. So I moved my internet service and when I called to cancel the internet they said my bill would not change and they could leave my service at the same price. I told them once again to cancel the service and she kept me on hold for about 30 minutes and kept sending me access codes. After that it was cancelled. They are absolutely horrible liars and I’m glad I’m done with this mess!
