This was the most disgusting experience I have had with a store manager. She (Vaela Parela) or wtf her name is (IS IRRELEVANT), this B?$&h was very rude from the initial encounter. She said she was the manager, so I asked her about the customer service, she states" I don't know....don't ask me nothing." "Do you want to pay your bill or not", being very rude and unprofessional for her to be a manager or someone in charge. Poor customer service and STAFF.,she also can use a class in speech etiquette and ESL refresherthe 1 star is only because you cannot post a review without clicking it

Be aware that accessories are nonrefundable. They didn’t tell me that before I bought $150 worth of accessories. I brought them back and they said oh you can't return them and that policy is on the receipt?! You have to buy it to get a receipt! Deceptive weasels and I'm out $150!
