I've been with Cricket service for over 3 years. I've got 5 lines on my account. I buy my upgraded phone cash, buy the screen protector and case to go with it. Purchased on the 5th. Return to the store on the 12th because my volume doesn't work and the ringer won't ring. I was told to bring the phone in. 17 miles from home. I know how to count and today is 7 days. 168 hours in a week is 7 days. Well it hasn't been 168 hours. Maybe missing it by 2.5 hours. There is nothing they can do for me. I'm to contact Samsung. It is their problem. Next month I guarantee I'll be porting all my lines to another carrier. This is the Cricket store on Maryland and Sahara. I don't recommend this store to anyone. Bad service with no attempt in trying to solve this issue. Thumbs down all the way.

The absolute worst management and customer service. I have been with cricket for at least 8 years. But this East Sahara location is a joke. They are a very bad example of what it should be. Avoid this location.
