Made this account just to say that luis is such awesome guy he really helped me out with trouble shooting my phone got it running like new and was very professional with me when I asked him if he was a manger he said he wasn’t so if anyone higher up is reading this I highly recommend giving luis a promotion

Wonderful experience with Yari and Luis. I went in not knowing anything and left with an awesome new phone and new service with Cricket. Very happy with my experience and all my expectations were met. I'll go back into this store next time I need help due to their professionalism.

Yari should be manager since she is single-handedly the sweetest and most motivated employee at this location. She treats the store like it’s her pride and has helped me out on numerous occasions with great patience and customer service. To ms Jo R, you are lying and I saw how you crashed out and blamed her for your troubles; please do better.

Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. Ms Yari REFUSED to offer any assistance with my business phone number that had been inactivated due to late/non payment.
When I asked if there was a manager or someone else I could speak to for help, Yari said she was not a manager, however she worked there 3 years and she said the manager would not be able to help me either!
I asked to speak to her manager and Yari said, the manager is not here.
She was not friendly, not professional and not helpful
Yari should NOT have a job at Cricket as she has horrible customer service.
I googled the next nearby Cricket and was directed to 2580 S Decatur Cricket where Michael gave me OUTSTANDING SUPERIOR Customer service!!
He was polite and friendly. He explained that on his end of the computer screen, he did not have the option to reactivate the number (as opposed to Yari saying “I CANT HELP YOU!)
He then asked me to try dialing 611 on the business phone….when that did not work he asked me to try on my personal phone.
Lastly,
He provided me with the Cricket Custome Support number…although he EXPLAINED (unlike Yari) that because of non-payment the number might have already been given to someone else. And he EXPLAINED it in an understand professional manner…
UNLIKE YARI who stated “I’m sorry…I can’t help you and. Our manager cannot help you either! Stated rude, impatient, disrespectful and condescending.
Yari should be fired and someone who needs a job and can provide pleasant customer service should be hired..Until then, I HIGHLY recommend Michael at Cricket on 2580 S Decatur…he KNOWS what customer service means….
