If you’re headed to Cricket Wireless in Las Vegas, bring your patience—but also know you’ll be in good hands once your turn comes around.
The store often has long in-store wait times, especially during peak hours and weekends. On my visit, I waited nearly 45 minutes just to speak with someone. It’s clear this location is understaffed, which may explain the “Now Hiring” sign posted on the door. They could definitely use a few more hands to keep up with the foot traffic.
That said, what this location lacks in speed, it makes up for in service—and that’s largely thanks to Carlos, the store manager. He was professional, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure customers felt heard and helped, even checking in with people waiting to apologize for the delays. Once I was finally seen, the process was smooth and Carlos made sure I left satisfied with my plan and device.
If you don’t mind the wait and are looking for solid customer care—or maybe even a job—this Cricket location is worth a visit. Just bring a book or some headphones while you wait.

Walked in and purchased a 1200.00 iPhone. And the young lady that helped me was awesome. I wish I could remember her name. She was at Sunset and Stephanie. Anyways I have always been an Android user so I was so lost with the iPhone. Everybody at that store was very helpful as they always are. Thank you😊

This location has amazing customer service!! Amairani and Tomas were Amazing! They explained the options clearly to me and had a great attitude when I changed my mind. Tomas even went to pick up phones at a different location!

Titi helped me purchase a new phone. She listened to my needs and didn't upsell me but sold me a perfect affordable phone. We talked for 2 hours between customers while she downloaded my old to new phone. She is amazing!!

I gave this store 1 star because The Manager ( Salvador)was so rude to us, He is an arrogant punk. We were going to buy a new phone but because of his behavior we went to a different location. After we walked out of the store this punk had the nerve to follow us out to my car, pound on my car window and accuse me of taking his phone charger. I had my phone charger, my charger had a white cube and his had a black cube. Why would I take his phone charger when he told us our phone was broken!!! He is a liar and a cheat! Guess he doesn't know that it is illegal to con or take advantage of the Elderly.!!

Went into this store to try to get help with a phone. The Manager (Salvador) was so arrogant and rude to us. He didn't explain what he thought was wrong with the phone,or even show us what he thought was wrong, he just says "Its broken" Then he tells me he tried to see if the phone would charge but I did not see him do it, But he just verbally attacked me saying " You don't believe me?" NO I don't. Show me it is not charging, Don't just tell me that. Explain what you think is wrong. Not just "its broken" I told him he didn't need to be so snippy at me, I just want to understand where its broke. I told him he was being so rude and he says (like a 3rd grader) You are being rude. OMG is this how this stores employees treat their customers??? We walk out, get into my car, And this ARROGANT PUNK follows us out and pounds on my car window and accuses me of taking his phone charger. I told this punk repeatedly that I did not take his charger, I showed him that the charger I had was mine, Mine had a white cube and his had a black cube. Why would I take his charger if he said the phone was broken? What would his charger do for me or a broken phone.?? He lost our business. If he hates his job so bad he needs to move on and find an job that is looking for someone with a very crappy attitude.

Was not impressed. Had the associate reset my phone and three years of pictures are gone. Do not know how to use cloud. Guess I wasn't suppose to have the pictures. I went to find out why my phone was dropping my contacts and received more than I bargained for.

I went into the store in a panic because of a data usage notice. On a road trip and didn't need this problem. When I entered the store, the young lady who helped me was very kind, personable, and professional. She knew exactly what the problem was and had it resolved in less than a minute. I appreciate her knowledge and professionalism in getting my problem resolved. Thanks Cricket..

Very disappointed on this location . The two ladies working on this location DID NOT EVEN BOTHER to ask if its ok for us to wait or even just say the “we will be right with you” as in NOTHING AT ALL. We were just standing & waiting there for almost an hour.
