I have had cricket since 2014, I have been using auto pay since then. I thought it was my debit card that was the problem so I replaced the card and over the last 6 months have been forced to go in store and pay hot $10 more than I should be because my card shows up as a debit card. I have tried calling support, I have gone into the store every single month and the employees have tried to help me and the issue has still been unresolved. I will be canceling my cricket account!Apparently cricket responded telling me to contact them on Facebook or Twitter which is absolutely ludicrous because I have gone in store I have contacted cricket directly contacted their support what the hell is going on to their social media you're going to do?! Get real!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. The manger seems like he doesn't like his job. Hard to get a child manager to understand an adult. I called to ask questions about their plans and he was short with his answers and said I had to come into the store. Well, I should have to physically be there. So I asked him to speak to the manager and he said he was.... Sounds like a kid. Don't waste your time

I had a nice young man help us Henry. He was professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a cell or change carriers to visit this location. He kept his cool when I crazy family came in demanding their monthly bill be paid. Claiming the company and representative are corrupt.

Wanted to get rid of a cleaning phone app and messages that kept popping up. Didn't know how. It was green and the associate didn't realize, but also deleted another app that was green. In too much of a hurry. I was able to reinstall.

We call this cricket wireless store for 3 items to see are they in stock and Alysia A. answer the call was very helpful and friendly and excellent customer service and check the products out and holding for us to come to the store. We recently want to transfer our account from MetroPcs to Cricket wireless.Alysia A. help us to setting the phones and hotspot up and answering all the questions we ask in store.We are a gay couple and lots of places we go in the store we get peoples and store clerks looking at us strange and but not this cricket wireless store..We will definitely tell friends and family come to this store to shop..Thank you Alysia A. for the friendly and helpful and excellent customer service..
