Ahhh! I just had the absolute best experience! I have a pair of reflective mega crush clogs that I’m literally obsessed with, and wanted the exact same clog in black. Sadly, they didn’t have it at this location. However, Jenny took the time out to called around to a few local stores, but we had no luck. At the same time, Brittany was in the back checking other black platform clogs. She found another clog, but it was a size bigger. I still tried it on and due to the fur installation, my foot literally melted in place. They had a fur strap that I wasn’t too fond of, but at 50% off the price, and the level of comfort, I grabbed them. We chatted a little about pewter JIBBITZ that I saw online. Although they didn’t have the same style in store, Brittany took notice of my accessories and found a similar JIBBITZ with the same pewter color as the one that I found online. I left the store so proud of my purchase! Then I got home, and I actually LOVE the fur strap! These are so much better than what I went into the store looking for! Thank You ladies… you both rock!

Went into the store with my family. We weren’t greeted or offered help. Kinda felt like we were inconveniencing the associates. I won’t put the blame on the associates though as I know upper management has a lot to do with miserable employees so I just took my money elsewhere

We were looking for a kids size 4 and unfortunately they said they dont have them in store very often and the adult size 4 is much wider. However Eileen was so sweet & helpful she help my son find some mystery charm boxes! He loves everything mystery & he left happy! We’re going to order the crocs online but appreciate her customer service & sweet nature! Excellent job!

H O R R I B L E customer service. Went today Sunday at 6:45 knew what we wanted and just didn’t see sizes. We asked if we could still come in since they closed at 7 they said yes. All 4 employees were closing register. I asked for help with the size I wanted since I couldn’t find it and they rolled their eyes and said we’re closing. No welcome or anything from them.
We bought online instead and we are locals but will never go here again

Rude employees. They don't want to help get sizes and act like customers are unwelcome guests. Guess what...you can find crocks just about everywhere.

The level of service is abysmal. They’re basically standing there not helping with questions and if they are, it’s short and not helpful. Not able to help with sizing and their responses are extremely unclear.

We were on the hunt for a specific color classic clog for my wife. They didn't have it in stock and neither did the website so we were pretty SOL. Customer service was quick and responsive with checking stock in the back. Prices are average for what you expect from the brand but we went days after New Year so they had some decent prices. Found a pair I really liked on sale for $39.99 so I was sold.

The customer service is horrible and they have promotional signs for buying one and the second with 25% and the promotion does not specify particular items or items that apply when you are already paying and ask about the offer they only tell you I'm sorry but your items they are not included. and they have the promotion on top of specific items which confuses customers. Bad promotion strategy is just a deception plus the poor service of the employees who apparently don't like their work.
