Ouhhhweeee! The Holy Spirit was with us while we were honoring our bodies and putting them to work! This is more than a gym, this is the house of the Lord! We will definitely be back tomorrow, thank you for helping us get back on track 🙌

It had been over a decade since I had tried my first CrossFit class; I'm so glad that I tried it again. Social City was a supportive and challenging environment. The owner, Omar, gave clear instructions for a fun hard workout. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be stopping by for another great workout.
