Larry was a great help explaining to my brother in law from Germany about specific shoes they had on display. Unfortunately they didn’t have his size but we we’re grateful for his outstanding customer service. Cool store and it’s definitely worth checking it out.

So disappointed at this store, it looks so nice the owner was very nice but the kid that works there ( blonde hair ) about 29 years old, so disrespectful, I brought my mother to buy some shoes , and my mom told him is he could put tha beer in the can and you should have seen his reaction, he didn't even take the can to the garbage can, he is so unstable, he took the can, went outside the store, just to make her feel bad and he did that in front of the owner, I told him font worry, I'll take it and left, smh, I could have perfectly come back and said I dotn want the shoes but I want to show him control is important, watch out with that kid, never coming back. Mental health is important. Treat people good, especially if we are doing business. We gotta be kind to each other.

bought nike sweat shorts that deteriorated within a year.. but they were so fire i couldn’t complain. also got a shirt that has gotten holes over time..? but the material on it/what it’s made of made it worth every penny. still wear the 2 amongst my new collections. highly recommend with all your favorite heady shops

I first heard about CRSVR because I used to follow DJ Vice big time in my college partying days. Way back then, he was partial or full owner, and this sneaker shop has always been here at the Cosmo. Whenever I was walking the strip I'd step in to take a look around, but nothing ever wowed me, as far as their collection of kicks. It just seemed to be general release retail shoes, not many grails or exclusives. But I follow their socials and saw this location was getting a special limited release so I decided to pop in, and luckily they had a few left! It was definitely a score, but I still feel the same about the boutique: it's regular shoes with some t-shirts and whatever. On top of that, when I walked in, three regular dudes looked at me like I was out of place. "Where are the employees?", I thought. Turns out, all three work there lol. Anyways, I don't know how this place still has affords a prime spot inside this swanky casino. But if there's another exclusive release, I know what to expect and will definitely buy!

Worse service at a retail store. Dude with a hat and shorts didn’t greet nor did he ask if we needed help finding something specific. Definitely won’t be shopping here anymore. Urban Outfitters definitely makes it look like a goodwill

I don't understand why this store has such a prime spot in the Cosmopolitan. The shoe selection seemed to basically be the last of new season shoes that no other stores really cared for. The selection itself wasn't nearly as extensive or interesting as any of the normal shoe stores in the Miracle Mile shops. The one staff I encountered was very rude and seemed to be too busy to answer any questions that he didn't know the answer to off the top of his head. I had seen a sneaker book on the online site that was on display in the shop, but when I asked for a price the staff was short with me and gave me an apathetic "not for sale" when he couldn't find a price tag on the book. I would have been more inclined to view and ask about more stock but the staff disappeared to the back and I never got a chance to even ask if they had my size of a shoe I was considering. Can't wait until a better boutique takes its place.

We came in and saw the collection is nothing like what it used to be. Sneaker collection was lame. Funny t-shirt collection is there but you find that anywhere now. My boyfriend was disappointed, he says the store has gone downhill a lot.
