The obvious factor is convenience. The facility is near us. Signing up online was straightforward. And the person at the location gave us an orientation. We moved boxes in within 15 minutes. The automated gate control is in the app. So no awkward reaching a keypad most of our visits.

TJ (General Manager) was very helpful. TJ was working alone, and juggling several people. Getting in touch with someone at the North Summerlin location took several tries (and some patience).

I want to thank Mark the store manager at CubeSmart on Crestdale in Summerlin Las Vegas. Mark helped me out showed me the different storage units available parking area and patiently took me through the whole place. I definitely recommend this place! Mark I want to thank you again.

Both of the employees at the Summerlin CubeSmart were ridiculously helpful, professional, and courteous!
I really appreciate both TJ and Mark For spelling everything out so clearly, and walking me through the best options and possibilities.
I ended up with exactly what I needed and saved more money than I had expected.
