Do not store at Cubesmart. They don’t care and have nothing that they advertise. No alarm, no security, no caring. My unit was ransacked but the locks were still on it. Inside job?

My husband and I relocated from California to Las Vegas. When we made it to Vegas we were stopped at a gas station, to find a storage for items we brought with us. CubeSmart had the best price and availability. After completing payment the process was fast. We were able to access the storage immediately and it was after hours. Great job and service I would absolutely recommend CubeSmart.

Dodie helped us out today and from the moment we walked in through the doors, she introduced herself and was so informative and friendly. She patiently walked us through two options and we felt good about booking with this location as opposed to the first CubeSmart location we visited today. She also introduced us to the manager, TJ who was also very friendly. We're looking forward to doing business with this location!

Climate controlled up to about 90°, after that it’s straight up hot and humid. The humidity is so high that my tools are getting a layer of rust from being in there all summer. Definitely something to consider if you have things that are sensitive to humidity. Everything else is very nice though.

Very easy to set up storage unit online and move in. Everything is ready to go once you are all paid and set up. The price is reasonable. There are cheaper places close by BUT I tried them and cancelled because the entry gate or the elevator (my unit was 2nd floor) were always broken. Let me tell that is very annoying when you are trying to load your stuff in. This cube smart I’ve never had an issue with the gate or elevator. Easy breezy. Well worth the extra few bucks. I’m very happy with my unit. I highly recommend this CubeSmart.
