It pains me to write this, as beforehand I had great service from the people at Cubesmart. However, I moved out in late August and realized someone had broken into my storage unit at this location. I believe it was either with the help of someone who worked there, or by negligence of the staff. The reason is because I left my spare key with them in my file in their office and when I went back they couldn't find my key. I believe this to be true because there was no damage done to my lock so whoever broke in was able to do so without picking or breaking my lock. I filed a claim with the police and the insurance company, the insurance company said I wasn't covered because I suggested that it was an employee and there was no damage done. I understand this is probably to stop people from filling false claims, but it just doesn't make sense to me. The only evidence I had for the mentioned situation was that my key was missing from their office before my unit was broken into. I do not suggest storing valuable here. I lost priceless memories and they have done nothing to make it up. I am currently talking with an attorney to see what legal options I can pursue.

Too expensive for what is provided. Please shop around and save yourself sometimes more than half of what this company charges.

Billing practices are unreasonable. I could have literally rented a house for what they were charging. Be aware of this company. Cube Storage only manages the property. The owner sets the price increases (which are frequent and higher than normal).

The people were very nice and friendly. They showed me where the storage was and there was a sweet little gift bag in the unit with the keys and info of the property. Really nice touch. The storage unit as well as the property looked clean and well cared for.

Well the promotion is one month free however you hit me with an administration fee and insurance , (I should be able to opt out of insurance if I so desire ) I feel like you forced me to have it …. So technically my first month wasn’t free … . I asked your associate what the administration fees where or what they entail and she couldn’t answer me so please break down “ Administration fees “ for me I would like to know what it consists of . Other than that nice place clean quite close to home .
