We had a great experience at this storage facility. The staff was always helpful and friendly, and we would go early and there would almost always be available carts. We never had any issues.

Nice clean place but they get you in on a special price and on the 5th month they start raising the rent. My rent has more than doubled in less than 2 years. They charge you to call them a phone fee which is the only place Ive ever heard of this. Also the door used to enter is a joke it barely closes and does lock. I guess it keeps the honest people honest. Emplyees are nice and polite.

The staff are helpful. The owners, however, are not keeping the property up, they fail to make repairs promptly and raise the price every few months for no reason while restricting access.

Office staff was great! Karita and Gracie were very responsive to my requests and did an amazing job finding a solution for me. Definitely recommend!
