I just happened to be driving by this location, went in and talked to the staff that was on duty and what's greeted with professionalism and kindness Miss Irene and Mr Aaron accommodated me with all of my needs with excellent service My rating for them are not five stars, it's 10 stars! Homeless live here and nothing is done by workers. They even come inside for water. The time I've been here Ive seen homeless hanging out in the units, People stealing electrical and running a cord to their car and a family with a cat living inside the building with the swamp cooler. Trash everywhere.

Absolutely the worst storage outfit to deal with. Overcharged me and has failed to provide a refund. Have hounded them weekly for months and no response.
