We just moved into our storage unit. The facilities are not brand new but in very good shape and the price at our location is reasonable. The only downfall at 2990 S. Durango is it was very very hot inside. They are supposed to be air cooled, so not sure what's going on with that just yet. If you have had heat stroke or heat related issues, it could be a problem. Other than that, so far so good. Maria is very nice and upfront, so that's a plus.

The rate went up every 6 months $50. Climate control was none existing. Felt like 99 degrees with no ventilation in the upper floor were my unit was. Also when I asked why my rate kept going up every 6 months and I was told because I had my storage for a long time. When I first moved in I paid $99 per month and then every 6 months it went up $50.when I moved out they wanted me to pay $300 per month for a 10x10 unit. You shouldn’t treat loyal customers like that’s not good business and is why I won’t refer anyone the this storage dungeon??
To many other places to chose from.
Ps most of the things people store aren’t even worth paying to store. Now that I’ll be saving $3600 per year I’ll be doing a lot more will the money I was throwing away storing things I really didn’t need.??

Best storage facility that I have used in over 30 years of living here!! Quiet and safe!! I keep my travel trailer here. Maria and Tammy run the place and it is amazing! They do a great job!! They walk every morning and check the whole place!!
