I would have given 5 star , I took 3 star off because the assistant manager who I dealt with needs to take some costumer relation class. He is rude, short , uncooperative. He could have made a great sale with me , I am a long time costumer with this storage place. I would prefer to deal with someone else , this is a deal breaker for me. He needs to be reminded of the old saying “ you catch more flies with honey”. Attitude is everything in the costumer service department. I like the storage snd everything else is convenient except to deal with this manager. O liked better the previous one.

I personally liked this storage. I liked being able to use the app to enter the gate. Darren is the office manager and he was very very helpful when we had first inquired about mine and my boyfriend’s storages. I love that they have the climate control units, right off the freeway super convenient. My biggest issue was always the door. Since the day we moved in, it was bent and wouldn’t stay rolled up. I was always concerned that it would end up hitting my head and it did come close. I was also always watching it though to make sure it didn’t.

Be cautious, my unit was broken into at this place in 2020. After bringing it to their attention, the employee that helped me knew a lot about how the burglars “Might of did it”The employee showed me video surveillance of a “former tenant” that he knew by face, name, and pick-up truck, that still had access to the gate code, that would pull in overnight.The video showed him pulling in and leaving last before our unit was opened. They didn’t have video in the halls so I don’t know if it was him or not.What I thought was strange although helpful was that the employee knew a lot about the former tenant, even their address.Just a shady place and vibe all around. Rent with caution
