Horrible service.... I ordered mattress bed with spring box. They called 3 times during the week to pick it up because it was ready. I couldn't pick up until the weekend, I get there and the gentleman in the front door tell me to wait outside my order will be out in a couple minutes. Couple minutes pass and nothin, the he approached the window of the car to tell me there was a mistake in the order that who ever sell me the mattress made a mistake and that they don't have it. I go to the lady in the front and she calls her managers I guess they told her to tell me that they need to wait for the women that made the sell so she can contact me to see what happened. Keep in mind I don't have a truck I had to ask for one and put gas on it. I leave the store and about 2 hours later they call me to say that the products are actually in the store and that there was a misunderstanding. I have already return the truck...... The person that let me borrow the truck leaves out of town and on top of that the store is fare form my house. How Am I going to pick them up I don't know. I don't have another person that has a truck. This is not the first time it happens with this unprofessional people. It has happen to my mother and my friend. I guess study just lost customer. 0 star to be honest.

No compren nada ahí por favor, primero te convencen con toda su política de venta para agradarte y luego practicamente te estafan, compre un televisor supuestamente con garantía de 5 años la vendedora me dijo q la garantía cubría todo tipo de daño, se me rompe el televisor y cuando llamo a la tienda para ver q podía hacer la tienda no se hace responsabl. Horrible

Customer service sucks ! They made me move 3 times from different places to pay. I wouldn't mind, but I had like 6 other bags with me. Instead of moving their credit card terminal to me. (Cause you can clearly move it) The lady's body language was just lazy .. and didn't even say hi at the beginning . She just assumed I speak Spanish and asked me if I was paying card or cash. Also. They tried to check my receipt when leaving the store . No!!! This is not Costco, I pay a membership there, and that's part of it... not here, go away lol. Everything looked cheap but overpriced. I just got something because I was done looking for Xmas stuff. But, it's definitely overpriced. The first by the makeup which is what I bought didn't really know what she was selling . I don't know she just looked tired. I'm not sure if she was tired or didn't want to be there. Maybe Both. But I had to keep asking for stuff cause she wasn't very helpful and also had a register right in front of her but wasn't able to use it ... that's when I paid with the other lady.

not professional at all , i invest more than three thousand dollars , and i lost one day of my work waiting for my order at home , they call me a day before to tell me no your order have to wait one week more , they already have one week to set up everithing and they wont do it , i just waiste my time and one day of my job , i am here at the store , no manager avaliable, alex campos where are you when a customer request you to fix a problem, you broke your policy as a manager saying no help to a customer, i have been waiting for you one hour in the main entrance , you as manager never come to fix the problem that your organization made , terrible experience , i have more than 9 years in california as a curacao customer never happened to me , in vegas meadow mall curacao treat me so wrong !!

The customer service was terrible. We picked out a couple products to purchase and had trouble finding a cashier. We asked a worker who was not helping anyone and they immediately looked annoyed that we bothered them. They pointed to the cashier and we waited for 10 minutes. Finally we got up to the desk and was told they'd be right with us. We waited another 5 minutes while two employees talked amongst each other about another customer and turned their backs to us completely. We felt ignored and like a nuisance to them so we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed as it was our first time there and they layout and products within the store seemed great, but the customer service killed any reason why we'd want to return.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a bed set 2 weeks ago ( I was told it'll get here within 3-4 days ) nothing .. kept calling customer service for an update theu could never give me an estimate time just gave me the round around . Finally called again and they said it's ready for pick up went to the store and only half my order was ready for pickup. Was told they'll bring it out within 20-30 mins. Waited 2 hours !!! Would ask for updates and all they said was " it's a waiting game" such a waste of my time. Please avoid this place !!!!

On Black Friday, November 24, 2023, I visited Curacao, enduring a three-hour line to secure a discounted bed. Being third in line, I expected my bed to be delivered on Saturday, December 2, 2023. Shockingly, I received no call about the cancellation, prompting a visit to the store. There, Karen Vazquez informed me that she had given my bed to someone else, despite the prior promise. When I confronted her about this, she not only sold our bed without permission but also displayed extreme rudeness by insisting on addressing me as the "man of the house," dismissing my wife's role. This unprofessional and inhumane behavior, including Karen Vazquez screaming at my wife in front of the entire store, is unacceptable. Despite my reluctance to complain or argue, her actions demand attention. I sincerely hope that Curacao reconsiders hiring individuals like Karen Vazquez, ensuring such mistreatment never happens to anyone, especially not to another Hispanic woman

On Black Friday, November 24, 2023, I visited Curacao and patiently waited in a three-hour line to purchase a discounted bed. Being third in line, I naturally expected to receive my bed, scheduled for delivery on Saturday, December 2, 2023. However, no one informed me that my delivery was canceled. Upon visiting the store, I was shocked to discover that Karen Vazquez had given my bed to someone else. Despite being assured of my delivery the previous Saturday, when I confronted her about the situation, she rudely dismissed me and insisted on speaking only to my husband, claiming he was the "man" of the house. As a woman herself, I never anticipated such behavior from another Hispanic woman. This encounter was extremely disrespectful and unprecedented in my 21 years of life. Learning from her boss and two other colleagues that complaints about her were not uncommon, I sincerely hope the store reevaluates their hiring practices to avoid employing individuals like Karen Vazquez in the future

Terrible service. I went to go buy a gift nobody helped me! When we were about to leave this lady asked if we needed help, we said yeah and she left! We just decided to leave and went to macys where they actually helped me pick out the gift

Worst customer service. Made an order more then a month ago just to find out that product is nolonger available and noone both to reach out to me. Associate and manager lacked customer service.

Xocith was friendly but did not provide clear information about my purchase. She scheduled my delivery a month out without telling me so I had to change the date. She also did not explain that I would need to call and set installation up separately for all of my appliances once they were delivered. After the delivery mess she called to tell me I would need to pay an additional $120 for installation even though I had already paid an installation fee during my initial purchase. I was told the installation would happen two days later and they never showed or called.The prices are great but the customer service is absolutely horrible! I do not recommend buying from them if you need installation.

The Hispanic employees at this location are very racist towards African American people. A couple years ago I was offered a high credit line but every time I come here to shop the service is terrible. They don't greet you at all, they barely want to help you, Most of the employees claim they don't speak English so they don't have to help. Their employee Ericka ordered the wrong mattress & when I asked what she can do to accommodate me she said nothing and told me just cancel my order. Once again terrible service :(

This store is amazing! They have everything that you could ever need. Prices are very reasonable and the employees are very friendly would recommend and come back! Magali is the one who helped me and she is very friendly!

I love you guys so much! Have purchased multiple times at Curacao. Your managers are amazing and my sales associate Xochitch Cuevas this last time was the BEST EVER, so sweet and patient!!!! Thank you so much!
