First off, This store has NO self checkout and ONE employee ringing people up. It’s a headache and completely unprofessional. Having no self checkout proves to be an unsuccessful practice as I explain to the clerk I had coupons, and she proceeded to press no for every option. Then my boyfriend pays and she donates change that she wasn’t authorized to do. Go elsewhere.

Why are the drink refrigerators locked?? making me wait for an employee (when there is only two in the store) to finish ringing up a customer just so I can get a cherry Pepsi?? That’s actually crazy. You’re supposed to be a convenient store, not an inconvenience.

You can't locate this pharmacy on Google maps because it doesn't show up as CVS pharmacy... You have to search for CVS pharmacy y mas.... Very frustrating because most other CVS pharmacies show up as CVS pharmacy EXCEPT THIS ONE. If you're going to rebrand your stores, then change your official name across all platforms to: CVS pharmacy y mas

I have bad experience in your pharmacy just June 5th I call my medicine for my ashma and this person call me back I asked her about the breo medicine and she just hang up the phone on me without seeing goodbye and she didn't call back and I calling the pharmacy and nobody answered I am a costomer she's very rude person should be fired and the people in your pharmacy they're not friendly probably I'm going to Vons they have a great service . Please give your employees a training how to treated costomer ...

The people are rude. They are condescending. They didn’t get my medicine to me in a timely manner. They called me and told me it was ready. I came to pick it up. It wasn’t ready then they told me I lied about it and after all that they give me my medicine in a Ziploc bag, honest to God a Ziploc bag

I dropped off a prescription on a Saturday and was told they would have it on Monday. I didn’t hear anything, so I went in on Tuesday. On Saturday, the pharmacist who took my prescription didn’t put my phone number, which he had, in their computer, so who knows when I would have been notified. I went from pick up to drop off and back to pick up, until they finally found my order. Then I had to wait. The staff is abrupt and unfriendly and modestly competent.

Wouldn't fill my daughter breathing medication because I put my vegas address on her hospital visit and her insurance is California instead of just running it and letting me deal with it on my end they chose to not fill it at all
