Every time I get my meds from there I have to say “excuse me or huh?” To the pharmacist Mar, with the septum … cuz she’s so soft spoken and pretty much acts like she doesn’t wanna be there , doesn’t even look up at me to talk …I get having a bad day or not being in the mood, but if I can’t hear u then I’m pretty sure the old ppl who need these meds can’t either … I’m not one to complain so I’m sorry but damn, every time? It’s like a teenager being forced to do a woman’s job … HOWEVER Denise in the front helped me with a purchase and she was amazing , so thank you Denise for balancing out the experience 💖

This pharmacy is the BEST in the valley! Trust me when I tell you that I know pharmacies. The staff is friendly and professional, but most of all knowledgeable. I go past another major pharmacy in my power wheelchair to go to CVS y Mas for my medication and pharmacy needs.

The pharmacy didn’t care about anything, I am pregnant and need prenatals they didn’t care to find a brand that is covered, they got a script for some cream that I made sure with in that it would be covered with no copay and they said it was not covered at all. No one wanted to talk to me about it or even let me know they just didn’t offer it to me and sent a text to say it was not covered. I’m switching pharmacies immediately.

The store is a little dirty but we simply went in for a birthday gift and greeting card. Ray was funny and had the biggest smile on his face. Usually come in and it's a quick in and out, but Ray had great customer service and was conversational.

I called the pharmacy to schedule my delivery. I asked the store manager to add an over-the-counter item to my order. The female manager was so rude, stating that she was not going to do that and that she was not going to add to my order, after giving her what my doctor asked me to get. There's rude and then there is rude.At what point is the customer right?Why is it that we are spending our hard earn money on products and services, just to be talked down to, and abused in person, or over the phone? I ordered the same thing the month before and had no issues and they added it to my order. At what point does CVS the Corporate bear responsibility for their own employee's actions?

NELLIS PLAZA CVS Y MAS in Las Vegas. I usually am not one to ever give a bad review but I feel there is more training that needs to be done to help, wife and I walked in probably around 6:30pm 2/1/2023, drove from PHX AZ. Minding our own business I was trying to find hair gel and was undeceive and wife was looking for earrings, roamed around store looking and met with wife to get tums in back of store when young female long haired staff member walked over and just starred over at us, didn't think anything at first. Looked for tums for a couple mins staff still here near us, when we were ready we walked over to register and noticed she immediately walked over to the back of registers and starred at me to the point where I felt uncomfortable, I let my wife know and she felt uncomfortable as well. as soon as it was out turn to check out, another older female blonde hair staff member was pulled over by other staff and began to speak to each other, concerned about us stealing, talking loud enough for anyone to hear, we interrupted their conversation as it was about us and let them know we were not stealing, I had to pull up my sweater and take my wallet phone and keys out of my pocket, I shouldn't have to prove but I was embarrassed, and hurt. I let them know I am a psych nurse and have to much to loose to even think about doing anything like that, I felt extremely profiled. My suggestion is if there is ever suspicions about theft let manager know right away and possibly review cameras??? To possibly avoid assuming customer is stealing when they are not and not embarrass them? They're was customers behind me, it could have been handled so much better and when we let them know they said I looked familiar and that I'm in here all the time. No. I don't live here. Also let me know I was holding a lot more stuff, yes because I undeceive about what product and left some behind. Iunderstand it might happen often but please have a better way of handling. I have never been so embarrassed in front of people and it really hurt. I definitely will never return to this location unfortunately. Wife and I do not feel comfortable.

The pharmacist wouldn't take my Good RX coupon. She said we give the cheapest price and that's it. I have used Good RX to lower my medications costs at this location for over 2 years now. I am disabled on a low fixed income so paying triple the amount is not doable for me unless I don't pay one of my other bills. Very rude employee at the pharmacy. Going to switch my medications to Walmart now.

The store is kind of dirty. Everything is everywhere making it confusing to find what I need. I did not find anything I needed so I ended up not buying anything. The outside is nice and workers are nice.

I went into store Sunday to pick up photos and as I walked in there was no one to be seen. Front counter with all registers was empty. Walked around and seen no one then after awhile I seen two females at he back which one was an employee. She yelled up to front she would be there in a minute. Several minutes later they both came up. This poor gal was the only one working and had to not only run register but the floor as well. There is no security it's a store waiting to be robbed. I didn't feel safe and dont think I would ever go back unless they change. Need more employees or security. In top of that then my pictures that were ready for pickup were no where to be found. So manager was called and they had to reprint them. At least 30 minutes plus just to pick up some photos. Sad and no excuse
