I was at store #8809 today, on South Rainbow, and had some issues with my coupon for Listerine. I got assistance from the manager named Jason and I would like to pay him a compliment for his kindness and assistance with my issue. It's very rare anymore to get good customer service, let alone someone going out of their way to make sure you are happy. I think he's an asset to CVS, and deserves to be commended.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Should have known when the pharmacy was rude to us on the phone!! When my mom's glucose meter, lancet and test strips were finally ready after a week of missed matched products that did not work together, I noticed that the lancet is still the incorrect model. When I brought it to his attention, the pharmacist was not only rude and derogatory, he insisted that the one touch lancets fit our machine. I had to go home and come back again to show him he was wrong. He proceeded to said that I was rude. The final touch was the fat manager came along and said that maybe we should shop somewhere else. We are taking our business back to Walgreens on the corner of Rainbow and Tropicana!! This is why this CVS is completely empty and the Walgreens one block away is always busy with lines both at their drive thru and walk-in.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Rude big guy started yelling at me and took my basket then tried to force me to check out and I said I was going to take my business elsewhere and he said never come back again you know why implying I was stealing or something so i emptied my pockets and defended myself! I told him I'm working an event and I just got to town and I was on a budget and needed to exchange some things in the basket and put things back... he said yeah right and told me to go smoke something which I said yes I'm in the cannabis industry and it's legal here sir! How rude

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had I while shopping I walked to the cold beverage section where I grabbed 2 drinks sat them down to grab another 2 an by that time the EXTRA LARGE cashier came to me accusing me of stealing while all the items there were either in my hands or sitting on floor I asked if it was because of my race they proceeded to say I was stealing an they need to check my pockets at that point I sat the beverages I had in hand on the floor and walked out while they proceeded to call me a thief an a idiot as i walked out

5 days before Xmas and you have to deal with rude asshole people. I walked into cvs tonight and I waited in line for 10 minutes with only 1 cashier. I had a return I bought a toothbrush and cvs advertised that if you bought it you got 50 ECB and I didn't notice it didn't print so I went to ask the rude lady. And she said I can't do anything. Mind you I have the receipt I take the product out of the bag and tell her I want to return it and she told me that I've never seen that before that she has to ask Jane and cannot do a return because I guess I forgot cvs is franchised and when their is a line she says so loud in front of everyone to Jane she came in saying they gave 50 extra care bucks and now wants to return it but I've never seen this product basically calling me a liar in front of the whole line like I'm a fucking idiot. My husband is a supervisor at cvs and he was so appalled lol. Since he works on the strip and people ask if they can return stuff at a cvs and he tells them yes any cvs takes a return it's not pick and choose. Is cvs going to pay my gas to go return this product at that EXACT store. I cannot believe my order ears some middle aged rude ladies are saying cvs is franchised

Visited the pharmacy this morning. Was greeted in a timely manner and the young gentleman who assisted me was pleasant and professional. I had a couple questions which he gladly answered. I respect that some reviewers have had negative experiences, but such was not my case. Zero issues. :)

VERY VERY RUDE PHARMACY. This place does not care about my health or well being like a place of this business should. I have a medication that I cannot miss doses of and the people here don't care despite the fact that the medication is at another store that they decided to close. Not my fault. If there is a Will there is a way. It's. It hard to press a few buttons and transfer a prescription and also get some customer service skills too to the lady answering phones at 115 PM on the 4th... Karma

Giving 3 stars only because there is no drive thru for the pharmacy and there's almost always 2-3 people waiting on their meds when you go to the pharmacy. Also, they changed their hours several months back and now they close the pharmacy even earlier than before, which is a problem for me since I can usually only go in the evenings and it has become a major pain for me to be able to pick up my meds now because they are already closed when I'm able to go. So, my meds will sit there for several days to almost a week longer than when I needed them by. The service is good, but I may be changing my prescriptions to a pharmacy with operating hours that are more accommodating for a 24 hr. town like Vegas, for those who have night schedules and work later hours.
