If I could leave Zero stars I would. The level of incompetence from the people that run store is incredible. I purchased a gift card for my nephew's birthday and when he went to spend it there were no funds on it and they live out of start. Being that he is 5 years old it made me look like the worst uncle ever. All good, stuff happens. After speaking with all 3 store managers and being run through the ringer, I couldn't get a reasonable solution, not even a call back from the store manager. SAD. I'm now going through CVS corporate to get this worked out, and also suggesting they start train their leadership to better handle these simple issues. CVS left me hanging on this situation and were extremely unhelpful, (managers included). Instead of providing a simple resolution to a simple issue, they decided to run me the ringer. I will not be giving them my business going forward due to the way they handled this issue.

Went to the pharmacy this evening, the urgent care delayed sending my medicine. The gentleman suggested I call them, once I got them on the phone to tell them to please send my prescription because I feel horrible, the 2 woman, stopped me and said, we close in 17 minutes so don't send it here we're not going to get it filled. You have a man standing in front of you feeling horrible and you say nah. Is that what you got into the business to do? To turn away sick people? The asian woman was the pharmacist and the Caucasian lady, I'm not sure, possibly the tech. I had to go back to the dr. Get a written prescription and drive 20 minutes the other way to a pharmacy that was open to get my medicine. Thank you CVS at 7295

They will lie to you and tell you you prescription will come in 48hrs and it never arrives. They are simply unable to stock their pharmacy and will lie to you every single time you call. I eventually gave up called my doctor and went to a different pharmacy. Don't go here.

I just changed from my other CVS on Las Vegas Blvd (after 11 years) to this one at 7295 S Rainbow and it was so much better! Apparently there is a new manager at my previous CVS who has chosen to ignore the legal and DEA guidelines in filling prescriptions which was making scheduling pickups really unreasonably difficult. But today I was able to transfer my prescriptions, with the help of the pharmacist, to the Rainbow \\u0026 Warm Springs CVS. And quickly afterward they were filled and ready. When I pulled up to the drive-thru I was greeted by a cheerful and efficient staff member who, in spite of its being the end of a long busy day, chatted pleasantly with me and quickly had finished the transaction. She made me actually look forward to my next visit! I wish I had gotten her name but I will next time. I’m strangely, but happily, looking forward to my next visit or phone conversation.

This pharmacy is chaotic and never has my prescription ready. The automated system when you call to do a refill doesn’t sync up with the pharmacy. They tell me that it’s not reliable but good luck finding your way through the automated system to get a hold of an actual person at the pharmacy. When I am in there waiting in line, the phone literally rings and rings and no one picks up. I’m not sure if I’m the only one that has this experience but I’m not going to go here anymore. CVS is pretty terrible all over but this one in particular is especially bad. I’m not sure why I put up with them for three years. I should’ve found a new pharmacy a long time ago, shame on me.

This CVS is the closest to my house so I often venture in here especially around the holidays for the cute hello kitty stuff! I've been in search of a pair of pjs they are getting in for Valentine's Day and ALEX went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for! She is so sweet and helpful. I am very thankful she took the time to help me and make sure I got what I wanted. Thank you ALEX!!

Went in to grab medication. Hand the lady my insurance card. Instead of running my insurance or offering to call my insurance for the patient the lady tell us it's 150 dollars for the medication went over to the guy and he talks to our insurance and squared everything away. Walked out paying 49 dollars for my medication. The bigger lady is very unprofessional. I thank the Spanish guy for handling it like a professional.

The pharmacy is infested with people who would rather be an obsticle than to be helpful and do right by their costumers. I've been getting my scripts there for over three years. Do u think they would have shown me courtesy by now? Nope. I am treated as if I were the burden to them, and sometimes even a junkie, although I have never asked for my meds early. They lied to me and then lied to my doctor's office. I would change pharmacies if they weren't sticklers about switching when a controlled substsnce is being scripted. And that my friends, that makes me an automatic junkie! I think the way they do these reviews is not acurate. The Pharmacy deserves a much lower score after reading all the appropriate reviews. Im just saying its not adding up.I'm sorry but this is my review.

I came here to get a COVID PCR test, online it says that it's free for everyone. When I arrived a sign at the window says that it's not free for people with no insurance. I have insurance in CA so I assumed it was free still. Then they told me that it may be free or I may get a bill for an unknown amount. I Looked it up and a PCR test is about $150. It's annoying that they have no information and I do not want a surprise bill. I also find it sad that the government of Nevada discontinued free vaccines and free COVID tests, because that will discourage people from receiving these necessary resources. CVS needs to inform their employees with necessary information and the government needs to do better.

I was actually surprised when I saw the ratings and read some of the reviews for this location. I have never had an issue here. The store is normally well stocked and the employees have always been friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with the pharmacy either. I have had to have prescriptions transferred a couple of times and they have always been more than willing to do this for me. The pharmacy employees have always been friendly.

I've been coming here since this place opened 15 -20 years ago for my RX's. I know COVID testing is important BUT... waiting at the drive through (one lane open) for 30 minutes for each car is RIDICULOUS! They should open up both lanes outside, this way people that need their medications can pickup without having to go in. They have TWO lanes outside, use them properly. I just wasted one hour of my life. Wait it gets better. I get so frustrated from waiting in line for so long outside, that go inside... there's like seven employees in the pharmacy area and there's a line for our RX's inside as well, nobody's doing anything, it's crazy. Terrible.... I just left. All I needed was my insulin!
