The pharmacy staff is really good, but unfortunately management has let the rest of the store deteriorate. The store and parking lot are really rundown and dirty and the drive-through window has been broken for almost a year and management still hasn’t fixed it. Many of the shelves are almost empty. It looks as if they are going out of business soon.

Why is it so hard to put safety caps on!? I've just transferred my rx to your pharmacy when I transferred my prescription I said, can you make sure I get child proof caps? You're other location has failed on 3 months of prescriptions to use child proof caps eventhough I've explained I have a four year old child. I've been assured that. 1. My pamphlet says cap: safety, 2. My account has a note that I want safety caps, yet again for 4th month in a row: Non-safety caps. What law has changed that would not hold you responsible for my child's harm or even death? Are you guys that rich, CVS has profits so high that they can afford millions in wrongful death lawsuits? Please, if you can't do it for a child's life, do it for your profit margins. I'll find another pharmacy.

Awful customer service from the pharmacy. Been told my prescription is ready to pickup "at any time Thursday" come Thursday I come in and it's in fact not ready plus I have to wait for their lunch break before they fix their mistake. Don't plan to pick up any prescriptions in a timely manner especially if you're trying to get your prescription done before going to work, or going anywhere in a timely manner.

it so bad at the pharmacy i dont kno who to complain about first..the pharmacy clerks ,or the pharmacist. There level of professionalism is very poor ,the pharmacist speaks so harshly and they end conversatin with YUP and then just hang up.with out saying good bye or have a nice day ...i will be changing my pharmacy . i use it because it closes to home but for kindness and professionalism i drive the extra mile .shame on you .it's already bad enough that people are on medication but to be treated like this is unacceptable

I have lived in Vegas for the past 50 years and this pharmacy is by far the best I have ever used. Mike is the head pharmacist at this location and he is great. I have always been able to get my medication on time. They have never told me that they have ran out of my medication and I take meds for pain and many other things.

Called to have a prescription transferred around 11am and the guy who answered said "oh it'll be a couple hours" and that was it, nothing else, just hung up. Then I call around 5pm to find out the guy did absolutely nothing and the lady that answered told me to call the other pharmacy instead and have them transfer it...You guys are a hot mess in this location.
