literally disgusted with pharmacist...came to pick up prescription with husband. Pharmacist must be on one. I replied to her undertones with my husband by commenting on her full service. She actually smirked and said yes. So there it is. Cvs target pharmacist offers full service...verified by her.

The temp pharmacist at the CVS on skypointe in Target is completely unprofessional as far as the way she conducted herself and looked like she just got out of bed and not showered hair didn’t look like it was brushed for a week and messy clothes, no name tag and was provoking a situation I had put on the back burner and was there to pick up my medications and to ask the pharmacy tech to please leave a message for the other pharmacy tech or the head pharmacist her name is Allison the head of that pharmacy and she is wonderful as well as the entire staff except for this TEMPORARY pharmacist that knew nothing about my medical history like the others do.
It’s time we stand up for our rights and stop taking what these so called temporary people try to do without any knowledge, even though they try to make it like they know everything.

As a lifelong member of the Zombie Pancreas Society in these modern apocalyptic times when my peeps are competing for Ozempic/Mounjaro access alongside our non-sweet blooded kin and folk, I am super grateful that this is my pharmacy. All the staff are phenomenal, but Clinical Manager Dr. Allison really should be cloned because she gives healthcare and pharmacies a good name. There is a backorder for my insulin, and not only did she look for other CVS in the Valley that might have some, but she also contacted another pharmacy company. There absolutely were no available pens until mid-late August 2024, so Dr. Allison worked with my endo to convert my prescription from pens to vials so that you know, I get to live.
She also gave me an impromptu lesson on how to navigate the insulin vial journey. We're talking a hands-on demonstration with props.
Dr. Allison and CVS @Target Skypointe peeps, y'all are the wind beneath my wings. I hope you know that your customer service is not the norm; you embody excellent care. I wish you kindness, and that people treat all y'all with the same kindness and care that you provide.
TL; DR. You da bomb diggity.

i usually get okay service at this cvs mostly everyone is nice. Today though was just something that i feel like was bad customer service. i came into target to purchase a gift and i decided to stop by the pharmacy to pick up my daughters ADHD Rx that i got a text about that was ready to be picked up, i decided to stop by the pharmacy to see if someone was there already even though they didn’t open till 9am i showed up at 8:58 and there was someone there what looked like a pharmacist, i had said “I know you don’t open till 9am and its 8:58 am but i know my daughters RX is ready for pick up i just need to pay for it would you be willing to let me pick it up now” and their exact response was we don’t open till 9am. Which i thought really it’s 8:58 and you wouldn’t t let me pick up and have to come back. it was very frustrating

So I tried a different CVS store after calling the one on Craig and Tenaya … and I asked for prescription to be transferred to his store since he was able to do what the other CVS store couldn’t do … and he said I should call the other one because it was closer … I didn’t want to do that and so he hung up on me … find a different company … awful customer service … if corporate wants to bare the problem they can look at phone records starting from 6pm to 7pm at both stores … the other store would except the info Walgreens was going to give to CVS … I will not use CVS ever again …

I hardly ever write bad reviews, but this I couldn't let slide. I recently had surgery and my doctor called in pain medication to this CVS based on my zip code but I do normally go to the CVS on Farm Rd and not this specific location. I didn't think it would be any problem due to that it's the same company. I first called this location to make sure they received it and Kimmy (CVS personal) calmed no they didn't but it clearly showed it on my CVS app and got a text message it was called in. So I called my doctor again to just make sure because mistakes do happen, and they informed me that they did send it in. My Dr asked for this CVS to call if they have any problems. I called this CVS back again and the same lady answered and said she will not fill it because she is tired of having other CVS patients being sent to this location and hung up on me. After being in pain I just busted out in tears. Thank goodness the CVS on farm rd was so kind and told me to contact my doctor and send it to their location and within 15mins it was filled. This location never once tried to contact my dr like he asked them todo and see what the problem was nor tried to help. Kimmy should be ashamed of herself in how she treated me. I suggest just going to another pharmacy.
