CVS Pharmacy including the ones inside Target have decided that they no longer want to provide customer service. They no longer answer the phone unless you’re a Dr’s office. You aren’t able to speak with pharmacy staff unless they call you back when it is convenient for them. Earlier this year I left a message and never received a call back. Upon going to the CVS inside Target on Decatur the Tech even said that she has received MULTIPLE complaints that customers were never called back. Unfortunately CVS forgot they are in the business of providing services to customers and not ALL customers have time to sit by the phone waiting for a call back. Even worse my call could have been quickly answered by a technician and not a pharmacist. How do I know this? Well 20+ years ago I was a pharmacy technician and know what the job entails. {insert eye roll} Due to CVS not caring about customers or their time, I will no longer be a customer nor will my family. CVS will never get another dime from me. Good thing my out of state aunt loves this crap company, I sent her a free $50 gift card I found when CVS was hard up years ago & got them for new and/or transferred RX’s. If you want to go to a pharmacy where you don’t have to waste time driving and be in line to get a question answered this isn’t the place. Also the pharmacists here are usually too good to help out at the registers when there is a long line. They would rather pretend to be busy & have 1 tech working the register which is why some are in line for 30+ minutes as other reviews note. An ex-employee I bumped into told me this tidbit. STAY AWAY from CVS!!

Absolutely the worst. Have had issues for months trying to fill prescriptions. They put in the wrong information and tried to tell us it was our fault.

I have been using CVS pharmacies to pick up prescriptions for years. This was my first time using this particular CVS. When I arrived to pick up my prescription, the clerk was assisting one person, and there was one other person waiting. It took 32 minutes from the time I got in line until I was waited on. Although the staff were nice and professional, I think 32 minutes is too long to have wait to be waited on. I was going to give one star, but due to the pharmacist coming to assist the clerk, I added two more stars. The pharmacist ws also very apologetic for the wait. When I left, there were eleven people in line...

This is the best CVS, great customer service! All of the pharmacists and staff are really friendly, and so helpful with discount cards etc!

My CVS inside Target is awesome. I look forward to picking up my medications because the people are so pleasant and friendly. Other pharmacies could take lessons from this one. Keep up the good work.
