Very disrespectful person working out there to take a picture, she was disrespecting customers without any reason… she was a short Spanish women in her mid 50’s years old… i didn’t take a picture & went out.. will never come back

Cashiers are wild here. 20 mins to check out. I can't have the backup Cashiers full attention. He is instructing me to do prompts that are not on the screen not an issue. it's always chaos here. I wait enter my number. I finally get the promt for my number. I get the promt to insert my card. I have been a cashier before bro I'm waiting on you to hit your button. I tell him I want cash bk and I don't do it often. He instructs me it will ask. He tells me to put my card in. If he was paying attention, he would see it's already inserted, and we are waiting on him. He pushes my card further in. It's in as far as it goes, just being ridiculous and not paying attention at this point. card doesn't go through odd as I know I didn't go to the store trying to pull out money on an empty account. I tell him let me step to the side and see if I have my card locked." Why does the cashier want to say it's denied instead of asking for another tender? I just heard the other cashier have the same issue, and she asked the man for another card politely. Not only am I inconvienced this man loudly claims my card is declined he wants to argue that I'm not seeing these charges already in my account on my banking app. Whatever you did son you tripped fraud on my account by not paying attention and just sending the transaction / finalizing the transaction. I belive it timed out as he is trying to help the other cashier who has already been helped by the manger rochelle. I'd love to know what happned to prevent this again. The cashier was no help insisted it wasn't his fault and it's because my card declined. Customer service 101 don't be rude esp when your wrong. Check the time on my posted receipts I was able to drive right to my bank and pull out the money needed. Not declined. Funny the man wanted to suggest I buy cheaper candy to get cash bk. Really complecent and rude. I don't come in here often and there really isn't a reason to. One of my previous transactions I was mischarged for a script. I was told to call and argue over their mistake with the insurance. Guess what I do for a living not for all the money in the world. I know how long being on the phone with insurance for a mistake takes. So the office max next door turned into a beauty supply store I can't wait to see what this turns into when it finally closes. Oh let us not forget the visit before that we decided not to wait 20 mins in line to ask if we could have beer. They not only lock up the spirits they lock up domestic beer. Tons of wine if someone wants to steal alcohol but yes let's make it hard to access and hard to purchase for the people actually trying to do business with CVS.

The frigin b**** a** attitude of the cashier today was uncalled for. First the person didnt ask if i had a phone number to input, then when i entered it she gave me sass when giving me the price. I handed that cashier a 100 dollar bill and she tells me she doesn't have change... THE WHOLE STORE DOESNT HAVE CHANGE? DAFUQ IS HER PROBLEM? Never in my life have i come across such terrible service and attitude. I tossed back my stuff and left... Im not giving that store any business.

Called Dr PRACIK, rude and hung up. I am on vacation and needed 2 pills for high blood pressure. He didn't fill a prescription, I get it. , LIKE A CHILD DR. SAYS "YOUR BLAMING ME" AND HUNG UP! Needs to work at MC DONALD'S FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. He must of woke up on wrong side of the bed. Maybe his position makes him treat others like they are below and not human. He HUNG UP 2 times. I understand BUT WHY HANG UP l? Worse DR at CVS . I will call corporate!

I had ordered a poster from CVS online. It gave me the choice of glossy or matte and I had chosen the GLOSSY print. I picked it up and when I got home I realized it was MATTE which I did not choose. I called and I spoke with a woman who said they can switch it out to a glossy one which is what I ordered. I get there and they tell me "all we have is matte we can't do anything about it" I wasted time driving back and forth trying to get this fixed because I was told they could fix it. If you only have one option in store don't give people the option to choose online.

Great service! Staff likes to know its customers. Always feel welcome. They appreciate cooperative clientele. Just received my 3rd Covid-19 booster and will return in November for flu shot. Electronic records very helpful.

Pharmacy staff are super unfriendly. I feel awful cause it's clear they need more, capable staff but it's really frustrating when they are telling you that you don't have refills and you are trying to tell them it's a new prescription with double digit refills available & the automated system says you have refills. I am looking for a new place to get prescriptions filled because this location is constantly messing up orders and rude when you go in.

Didn't inform me about an insurance issue until I called a week later. I have been calling every other business day for an update on my child's medication and have been told every time that it would be arriving the next day. Now, a week after the prescription has been submitted, I had to have my child's pediatrician reach out because they still had not done their due diligence. Now there is a pre-auth pending, but this process could have started a week ago had they actually informed me of the issue. Absolutely no excuse for this. Even the pediatrician was amazed they hadn't heard from CVS. Shame on your pharmacy staff.Update: It has been OVER 2 weeks. I call and they say they need information from the pediatrician. I call the pediatrician who lets me know that information was passed to the pharmacy and the prior authorization was approved almost a full week ago. The pediatrician then calls and is told they don't have his insurance information. That's why they haven't filled it. Or called to I DUNNO ask for it?! Let me know?! I've had to call an obnoxious amount and I will be seeing about the complaint process because my child has had to wait over two weeks for a script he needs. Absolutely not acceptable when there were multiple instances of straight negligence on the pharmacy's end.

OMG!! ATTENTION!!! Remember this name "Tay Tay" at the West Sahara location! She is the best representative of CVS we have ever met!!!! My daughter and I went to simply get hair color, we ended up leaving with a bunch of makeup that was tested and match by Tay and my daughter got her ears pierced too by Tay!! Come to find out Tay is from Honolulu where we are from ... we laughed the entire time we were there!!! She is product savvy and knowledgeable and so easy to talk with we were in a comfort zone immediately with Tay!!! She also told us about the Care Pass card which we both signed up for!!!If you get a chance go and meet her she's so awesome!! We will go back to see her soon!!! Mahalo Tay!!!

It's a very strange set up compared to the countless cvs stores I've been. I went into the minute clinic not realizing they were a separate entity from the pharmacy. The nurse practitioner administered the shot. She was pleasant and person. The concierge woman checked us out at the register in the front. She was kind too.

The customer service in this CVS store is zero. Yesterday I called about meningitis vaccine, and then I told them, I have anthem Medicaid insurance, then the employee of the clinic minute of CVS said we approve your insurance. Then I was making appointment at their website for meningitis vaccination at 12:30, today when I went here, the person who should vaccinate me at 12:30 said: now the time for my lunch. But it was my time appointment. The. After 1 hour, when he came back and then when he saw my insurance card, he said we can not approve your insurance while yesterday he said we approve. This CVS store, specific it's clinic is terrible and it's just wants to use your time and they don't care about your time and your patience.

This place is the worst. They did the exact same to me as last week: "it will be ready in an hour" so I don't leave then they get me sitting there for 2h until it's actually ready. And when it's ready they don't tell you so I gotta keep asking for it. Why say that and waste peoples time?.
