The pharmacy is the worst. They never want to do their job. They never find you in the system. They treat you poorly. Even if you give them the information they need to search for you. They just don't want to. 0 stars would be fair, but not exaggerated.

Spoke with Hardy at the pharmacy and he was very rude, condescending, and not willing to help with a patients medication. I have never been spoken too so poorly, I pray no patient has to come into contact with Hardy. Do better CVS with the people you hire.

Just received the worst customer service ever at a CVS location. What appeared to be a manager after i asked her for specific help she points me over to a wall filled with makeup products and refused to come and show me exactly what I was looking for. No idea why she even came into work with an attitude like that. Helping paying customers keeps the doors open. Please do better.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I wish I could give negative stars. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Drive the extra miles, just don’t waste your time at this location.

My phone number, which was given at drop off time, was not recorded, so I was not notified the prescription was ready. I was sent back and forth to windows 3 times. I was told Monday, and went on Tuesday, and it was not ready. A black man, who I assume was a pharmacist, took my prescription and apparently neglected to record the phone number. Worst service ever at a pharmacy.

Do not show up if you need passport pictures, because every time I go there, they said the camera is broken or system is not working, the employees they just don't want to do it

I only go to pick up a prescription every three months and so far no issues. I wish they'd let us know in the text message reminder that they're closed for lunch from 1:30-2pm. Here are the hours.

It's not possible to give them the Stars they deserve. I was using CVS pharmacy because my previous job gave me no option. I stayed with them just because of laziness. They were okay until one pharmacy absorbed five others. Once this happened they started losing prescriptions not filling them on autofill filling them late etcetera etcetera. When I asked the pharmacist to transfer my prescriptions to a another pharmacy she said no they will call us. That's not the way it works, up until yesterday it is never worked like that. They will waste all of your time begging them to do the right thing, just go somewhere else anywhere else would be better than any CVS pharmacy.

FU CVS. The absolute WORST company to use for your prescriptions. Every single time I go there is an issue. Tried filling a workman's comp script and there were so many excuses from them. Had to go back and forth with my lawyer and the insurance company who all contacted them telling them to fill the damn script. Ultimately they are too incompetent so I transferred to another company! Good riddance!

To the cuban pharmacist, if you don’t want to get fired PLEASE for the life of everyone stop forcing people to consider vaccinations. Not only does it take a ton of time up from each person but I’ve seen how long the lines get when you keep talking. Not all of us have that patience and understanding, so I’ll say it here and now you are terrible at what you do. Hope this helps!

ZERO stars should be given! I am the office manager at a practitioners office. Our staff left a VM for an RX for a pt. Upon notification from our pt that she has yet to receive her RX, we contacted pharmacy. Pharmacist "HARDY", should not carry a title of Pharmacist for the CVS chain. I will personally be reporting you to the pharmacy board. My staff member tried calling in a simple RX, a non-narcotic and he refused to take it over the phone. I than personally called, and he also refused and gave me the nastiness attitude with no valid reason why it couldn't be taken. He would only take it if the doctor would get on the phone. Our doctor is also astonished on this, as we have never had to get him to validate a simple Rx. Our doctor did not appreciate his behavior and the rudeness toward him as well. Hardy, you are an embarrassment to Pharmacists who truly take their title/profession seriously!! CVS there is a reason why all your reviews are 1 star!! Send this guy to some CE courses to better his etiquette!

Prices are insanely high, can never find employees and everything’s locked up in the cage. Not sure how they would survive in such business model. Stop using the coupon scam and ripped off consumers.

Every time I have come to this location either my prescription has been lost cancelled or simple not there. That paired with pretty awful customer service makes me not want to come to this location ever again and has put a bad taste in my mouth for cvs in general.
