Got a prescription form the ER to fill here at the pharmacy and I never received a call or text that it was ready just to find out the next following day after two in the morning that it was an over-the-counter medication I could’ve just purchased. it’s not the first time this CVS pharmacy is unprofessional and incompetent. And their apology is less sincere.

Can’t get a hold of a pharmacist on the phone anymore for what ever reason.
And it really inconveniences me that they are closed for lunch now from 1:30pm-2pm.
Prescriptions have not been ready in a few hours,I have had to call a few times to see what’s going on with my prescription a day later.
Service at this location just does not make the patient first priority anymore unfortunately.

The cashier doesn't work, it doesn't have a sign and you withdraw money and they don't give you anything and no one helps you, they are a disgusting store, no worker helps you, they judge you crazy

I couldn't get prescriptions for vomiting and diarehhea for over 12 hours. They simply told me to. "come back tomorrow". 24 hour pharmacy. Spent the night on the toilet with my face in the sink. BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY WHEN YOU HAVE AN URGENT NEED FOR THE MEDS IN QUESTION.

Lack of communication nobody can't do their job and I understand pretty stressful but does not allow you to say or lie about certain so you don't have to do your Job correctly it makes ordinary people like me frustrated cause it's always a back and fourth

I put in a prescription they said it would take 1 hour or less. The window teller also hit the mirror on my car not telling me she was opening the drawer and did not acknowledge it or apologize. About 1.5 hours later I call they say we don't have one of the medications. They said we tried to text/call you - they did not. I asked to confirm my phone number and it was correct. They said we can transfer the missing medication to another store that opens in about 9 hours. They said the other medication will be done in 1 hour or less (again). They did not call/text again so I called back about 2.5 hours later and the answering machine said it was ready. Terrible service - I highly do not recommend!
