I have had good experiences, but lately, it has gone downhill. Most of the staff is friendly. I went today, and the line was very long. They only had one person doing consults and running the register at the same time. It was taking way too long, so I left the line. The line was moving way too slowly. Luckily, the meds I have, I don't need right away. I am going back another day to get those meds. They need more than one person to run the register.

Been there twice for a friend each time had to return for a second even a third time because they didn't have the medication on hand and had to get it from another location. However the staff was friendly and helpful.

ANGELICA is her name. Why is she so rude like we owe her something??? My son witnessed everything and asked “mom, why was she talking to u like that? why was she rude to u?” i didn’t even have any answer. this is the same chick when i called 2 weeks ago to transfer my medications here. she said she’ll call when its done and its been 2 weeks. i asked her about it and she said the other pharmacy’s not transferring our medications and she’s called them 3 times and the recent one was yesterday. Now, i don’t know why she feels she needs to lie coz i called my old pharmacy and they said no one’s called to transfer our medications. maybe not such a good idea after all!!!
i don’t even think this ANGELICA is certified to work with medications and/or pharmacy. Maybe CVS should take a closer look on who they’re hiring!!! Without the patients, they wouldn’t have a damn job. She shouldn’t work with customers.

The male pharmacy technician is beyond rude and condescending, I actually feel bad for people who have to work with him. I didn't catch his name, but his last name is Sanchez. Take that attitude elsewhere. No one needs to put up with horrible people like him.
