I have never had so many issues with getting prescribed medication filled! This pharmacy seems to believe they know better than my actual physicians by deciding what I can and can't have! They are always understaffed as well causing service to be extremely slow.

Visiting L.V. had to pickup RX due to infection. After manuevering thru heavy traffic, I was thrilled to arrive. Due to infection I had to use facilities. I approached Bernadette & asked if I could use it. She said they didn't have bathrooms. (I know that's not true). How can you allow this towards your customers? I have a family (mgr) member that works for your company. I sure won't recommend this store.

The people that work here are so nice and accommodating, and they had everything I needed for my hotel stay.
They had a great wine selection and the service was great!

Everything's locked up including the ice cream! Shop here if you have plenty of time to hang out while waiting for a clerk to unlock basically everything.

You have to fight off 10 drug addicts and homeless people just to get some food. Absolutely disgusting.

The ice cream, personal care products and others were caged or locked. It's clean and orderly. There are also souvenir items and some unique stuff. Lots of parking and self checkout.

I shop at CVS on PARADISE RD Las Vegas for ONE reason ONLY.
The OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE provided.
Elissa, Trini, Alex, Patrick, Gloria, Donna, Bernadette, and the rest of the staff personalize the service to a level which you don't see very often.
These people exude passion for the jobs they do.
They habitually go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Whenever I walk into the store, I'm greeted by smiling faces saying "welcome back to CVS Mr. Gaffin"
Impressive is an UNDERSTATEMENT.

I'm in town for a work conference and needed to go to CVS. I was greeting as soon as I walked through the doors and was promptly assisted when I needed help. Awesome location and great customer service!

I had a great experience with CVS Pharmacy. My prescription was ready when I got there and the Dr had just point in the order a few minutes prior. Great customer service and fast transaction!

Stopped here to get some basic travel stuff and mask. The store has enough parking and is closer to the strip area. The staff took some time to answer questions but finally helped me. Overall, it was stocked up well to meet the basic needs.
