I opened a rewards membership and received a bunch of coupons. When I returned to use the 40 percent off coupon to purchase cologne for my husband, for some off reason it wouldn't allow the cashiers to take the 40 percent off the purchase. This was disappointing as well as a waste of time. The coupons needs to clearly list their restrictions.
The team members were as dumbfounded as I was as to why the coupon didn't work. They were very nice and professional. The store was extremely well organized and stocked with almost all their items under lock and key, which is understandable to prevent folks from stealing. Team members were around to assist you with your selection.

Raysean was very rude. He was throwing our stuff while checking out. His behavior was both shocking and unacceptable.
Such behavior has no place in any establishment, and I will not be returning.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this store.

Hello so I had the ugliest experience with this certain CVS mostly with a security guard lady that had a power trip.My family and me which I have 4 girls are here in Vegas for Cheerleading Competitions.Well last night around 9:50pm 1-30-2025 we stopped in to grab a few items before we head back to our Air BNB but that was cut short because my 8 year old had to use the restroom really bad so I took her to the where the restrooms were at with my other daughters we did not see no signs saying bathroom was out of order there were some cones that said slippery and wet next to the entrance door.This rude lady security guard comes banging on the door to where my 8 year old is using the restroom saying get out she didn’t even ask me if I knew who was in there! So once my daughter was done using it I told my spouse that I wish I knew where a manager was at this crazy security guard said they can’t help you get off the property you’re done for the night as if she’s a real cop or something mind you we never even got to get what we needed for the Air BNB I asked my daughter if she used the restroom ok she said yes so I don’t know why the bathroom is closed for actual customers! Anyway I want to contact corporate and thinking about going back in 1-31-25 to let an actual cvs manager know how displeased I am with the encounter I had with that crazy security guard.

This store refuses to take our CVS memebership card and the coupon associated with it; they claim that our current membership does not work in their location unless if we apply for a more expensive type of membership with them. We travel across the nation extensively and have never encountered similar issues in the past. They probably think that most of their customers are one-time Vegas tourists and will never come back anyways -- indeed, after this experience, we will never visit this store again next time when we visit Vegas.

Located across of Bellagio. They’re a money saver for consumers as the stores in the hotels and the small independent ones around the Strip are total ripoffs (20 oz. sodas were going for $7 and 12 oz. Bubly’s for $5). I was in need of drinks & snacks for our hotel room.
Access can be both easy or trying depending on where you are coming from due to nearby construction, crowds and pedestrian bridges.
It’s pretty sad that around 80% of the merch is locked up, requiring you to press a button to summons a worker to unlock the doors. Not only is it time consuming but you have to pay for it in that specific, cordoned off area.
OVERALL:
Normal pricing, average service.

This has everything you could possibly need—from snacks and drinks to last-minute essentials (sooooooo much Dr Pepper!) It’s open late, super convenient, and surprisingly well-stocked for being on the Strip. Lifesaver for tourists! A little expensive though

What an interesting store. Security guards and almost everything behind plexiglass!! it’s a just a a wild as the strip !
They have hard to bourbon at almost double msrp but that’s still cheaper than home.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at this CVS location. My family and I were there because our kids were sick, and we were in need of assistance. We pushed the help button to get some support, and after waiting for about 10 minutes, AJ came over with a clear rudeness. Instead of offering assistance in a polite manner, he immediately yelled at us, claiming we had pushed the button twice. We did so because we weren’t sure the button had been properly activated.
His response was completely inappropriate. Not only was he rude and unprofessional, but he also harassed and yelled at us, making the situation even more stressful, especially since our children were unwell. We were shocked when he then asked us to leave the store.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting, let alone when you're dealing with sick kids. We left the store feeling disrespected and upset. I hope CVS takes this matter seriously and addresses the behavior of this employee.

Was a little surprised that it was more expensive than I remember two years ago.... but inflation I guess. The cold sandwiches, of course, are at a better price than what you'd find at most convenience.stores. Walgreens, a 10 min walk south, is significantly cheaper and has a better selection.
