I had a good experience at CVS. The lady who rang me up was friendly and helpful. She made sure I was awarded my Extra Bucks. I get 5$ towards my next makeup purchase. The only problem was that they are missing a lot of products. I didn't see the lip liner I wanted. Or the face concealer.

They don't stock much always out of the pharmacy was good not anymore have messed up on my prescription 2 twice and twice for my mom the lines are ridiculous and has a funky odor in there all the time recently switch to Walmart and will switch my mom over soon! Horrible place!

Nearly almost impossible to cancel an online order. No help from the store associate, manager or even 1800 customer service since they said everything will be taken care of, but they’re liars and just wanted to get me off the line. My order of $118 is still there, ready for pick up. Smh. I’ll definitely make sure this is the last time I purchase something online. What a big inconvenience seriously.
Someone get their IT guy and FIX IT..

Letty is the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. She's Sooo unprofessional. She's acted Sooo "put out" when I asked her questions, & offered me no support at all. I am Sooooo glad there is other pharmacies to go to in the Vegas valley, & I don't have to deal with her anymore. She's the worst! Don't settle for customer service like that. If you don't like your job, go find another one, preferably not in a customer service position like that!

Whoever is working the phone today is beyond rude. I called to see if my sons prior auth has come through yet because the guy I talked to last night told me probably today. The doctor has already done their part. She was rude the entire call not listening to what I was saying talking over me and assuming what I was going to say.

It's been a while since I came to this CVS. Me and my mom rarely visit this CVS store to buy anything we can find. But we didn't find anything. And there are no restrooms, either. What a shame. Oh, by the way, I have snapped this photo. A sense of liminality.
