the pharmacists here are racist and extremely rude. I get your busy and frustrated but don’t take it out on others. people come here because they are sick and going through a hard time to top it off and be treated bad by the pharmacy is just terrible.

CVS...I shop a neighborhood store where the shoppers-and sometimes loiterers- are in the store together. The location has been doing well at keeping this store staffed, orderly, efficient and clean. I understand the reorganizing of shelves to cut down on theft. It's the ongoing discounts and rewards that keep me coming back

Pharmacy is only open 12 hours a day and closes for lunch. When they are open they are so understaffed that I waited 20 minutes in line before leaving yesterday. Today I was behind 2 cars again. When I got to the window I was told they were closed for lunch, come back at 2. Still don't have my prescription.

I consistently wait for 30 minutes + in the hot car just burning gas for one car to go through the drive-through. If it was once in a while it would be one thing , but they consistently seem completely incapable of doing their job ! These are the most incompetent employees I’ve ever seen anywhere ever.!!
Edit: Ghete is a new pharmacist and I’ll say things have definitely approved. It has a way to go but he definitely cares and has made a difference.

This location really needs new staff and management!!! What’s crazy is they handle prescriptions and other important things our drs office sends to them and it is just disgusting how they handle it! My child’s prescriptions was missing several items from it!!! Like Nevada needs to close this location down! DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!!! WORKERS DO NOT CARE!!!! CVS NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN! OR REHIRE THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THE PHARMACY ESPECIALLY THE RUDE AFRICAN AMERICAN BALD HEAD SKINNY FEMALE THAT WAS RUDE THE ENTIRE TIME!

I'm actually in shock how this place has changed. I can not believe the prices. How do they stay in business. I remember when you could get drinks buy one get one free or 50cent sale items on Arizona Teas. I don't see any of this any more. Sad

Worst place to get your meds. Staff are the worst! They never have your meds, I have been waiting for a week and I got nothing, had to transfer my meds to Sams Club. Aetna owns this company and they wont give you 90 days supply if its not from CVS, which I think should be ILLEGAL!
