CVS on Rainbow and Warm Springs in Las Vegas has earned every star in this five-star review. The store was clean and had everything in stock. The employees were friendly and extremely helpful. They greeted me kindly and patiently assisted me to use the App to locate my extra bucks and coupons! Way to go CVS 💫🥇

This is nonsense, you call the pharmacy and you talk to a computer that can’t identify your name and instead of connecting you with a person it says leave a message which you know that they will never answer.

Shoutout to Brittany in the pharmacy she was wonderful and made my day. She expedited a prescription that my doctor had JUST sent and I needed desperately and got it to me in less than 2 mins. She and the team are awesome.

Horrible experience today! While picking up my baby’s prescription. I’ve NEVER had an issue picking up medication in the 5 years. I’ve also never met people who could be so heartless! I was in the drive-thru lane for 15-20min with 5-6 other cars (myself being the last) I get to the window let them know picking up medication for my baby and I get the window shut in my face we are closed! I couldn’t believe what I experienced today! I park go inside and ask to speak to the manager. The manger tries to ask who I assume was the Pharmacist and African American female we closed! She can transfer to a 24hr, I explained I’ve been calling no one answers. I was just able to get down here my baby is sick with pneumonia and is 2 years old. I standing there crying but they clearly did not care! The manager walked back there asked if they could just help me. Something that would have taken them 2min they did not care they were just too worried about walking out of there. The manager comes back standing there talking to me and the girl who shuts the window has the nerve to come and interrupt the conversation with me. As he is trying to help me switch to another pharmacy. I told her she was extremely rude and she just stood there told me we close at 9pm! I asked for her name Aria de Campo and took her picture. There was another Asian woman and the African American woman that made the decision not to help! I walked out of there with no help in the end and cannot transfer the prescription. They all left before I even walked out of the store. People can have serious illness and people who choose to work in the healthcare I would think would show more empathy and respect however that was not the case today.

Happy with product selection, membership program for deals, and more accessible pharmacy hours, but customer service needs improvement. Though I have seen some improvement; it has always been lackluster this store despite changes in staffing at both the pharmacy and the store.

they lock up even items for $8.00 and they make you wait 20 min to get your item. LOL. wth would i really commit crime for $8.00?

An oriental woman with glasses who was at the checkout today was extremely rude to me, I will never go back to that store.
