It’s really disheartening to see both patrons and staff suffer at the hands of CVS executives giant bonuses. People stand in line for 30+ minutes simply because CVS refuses to staff appropriately, putting technicians in positions where they’re likely to be mistreated by the public. This review is not for anyone at this specific store, but CVS as a corporate entity: thanks for mediocrity.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a Cvs! Kindy was extremely patient, and by far one of the most helpful associates I’ve came across. Thank you so much for making this a fun experience. I’ll be visiting the store again.

Easy trip, helpful staff. Great place and location for quick trips. Self checkouts would be nice. Staff is friendly and location is clean. Pharmacy is overworked and overwhelmed and lines usually are long, controlled substances are always hard to get even with prescription.

CVS on Rainbow & Warm Springs was organized. The Staff was very helpful in directing me to the items I needed. Very friendly as well. Merry Christmas!

I was made to feel bad for asking for prepackaged, non-generic version of my antibiotic. Not everyone can take generic medications. How dare them treat me like I have no say in my Rx healthcare! It could have been handled better than making me feel like just another 'difficult' customer.

If I could leave Zero stars I would. The level of incompetence from the people that run store is incredible. I purchased a gift card for my nephew's birthday and when he went to spend it there were no funds on it and they live out of start. Being that he is 5 years old it made me look like the worst uncle ever. All good, stuff happens. After speaking with all 3 store managers and being run through the ringer, I couldn't get a reasonable solution, not even a call back from the store manager. SAD. I'm now going through CVS corporate to get this worked out, and also suggesting they start train their leadership to better handle these simple issues. CVS left me hanging on this situation and were extremely unhelpful, (managers included). Instead of providing a simple resolution to a simple issue, they decided to run me the ringer. I will not be giving them my business going forward due to the way they handled this issue.

Went to the pharmacy this evening, the urgent care delayed sending my medicine. The gentleman suggested I call them, once I got them on the phone to tell them to please send my prescription because I feel horrible, the 2 woman, stopped me and said, we close in 17 minutes so don’t send it here we’re not going to get it filled. You have a man standing in front of you feeling horrible and you say nah. Is that what you got into the business to do? To turn away sick people? The asian woman was the pharmacist and the Caucasian lady, I’m not sure, possibly the tech. I had to go back to the dr. Get a written prescription and drive 20 minutes the other way to a pharmacy that was open to get my medicine. Thank you CVS at 7295 Rainbow in Vegas, I’m glad you know what’s most important.

A great experience and all to do with the outstanding customer service from the 2 female sales associates. Both were extremely knowledgeable of the questions I had and very nice and efficient. They made my trip take 1/3 of what it would have if they were there to assist me with my shopping needs and I greatly appreciate their help and kindness. I would definitely recommend this cvs location to anyone of my family or friends as a #1 GO TO.Keep up the great work lady's more companies need associates like these two as representatives of their companies. ?

These people are so unprofessional at this pharmacy! They gave injectible medication without the hypodermic needles. I asked the technician about the needles and she said they were out and to order from Amazon. We did that, but didn't realize we needed two different types of needles. They explained NOTHING at the pharmacy. What kind of bullcrap is that? They wasn't even going to tell us that they didn't have the needles. Smh! Its time for a new pharmacy!

They will lie to you and tell you you prescription will come in 48hrs and it never arrives. They are simply unable to stock their pharmacy and will lie to you every single time you call. I eventually gave up called my doctor and went to a different pharmacy. Don't go here.
