I feel pretty good. They will call me to notify me that the prescription is ready, and then I can pick it up directly when I go there. The staff is also very enthusiastic.

Edit for 2024: nothing has changed, if they were any slower they'd go backwards.Worst, slowest, most inconvenient pharmacy I've ever been too, no matter busy or not you wait forever and they have no sense of urgency what so ever. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A DRIVE THROUGH IF IT TAKES 20 MINS PER PERSON.

The pharmacy is absolutely awful, orders are Never processed the first time, you Always have to call a second time to place the order again. Completely incompetent, lazy and unprofessional.

One of the most awful pharmacies I have ever had a displeasure of going to. They are slow, rude, and unreachable. They hang up on people constantly, take forever to fill scripts and the drive through is at least a 40 minute wait no matter when you go. No one has ever been nice. Not once have I been treated with any sort of respect or decency. Never I have seen any other customer be treated well either.

When you purchase a gift card, especially Vanilla Visa, make sure all card numbers on the front of the gift card are there. We bought a gift card for my daughter's birthday, and can't use it . $140 down to drain. No refund. They opened a case. But we have to wait. Who knows how long. THIS CVS IS SELLING DAMAGED GIFT CARDS.

Check your receipt before leaving this store. It seems like every time I come to this CVS the shelf states one price for an item and they charge you a totally different price at the register(usually way more money). I have let the people know that work there several times and it still happens every time I come to the CVS. I’ll be shopping at Walgreens from now on.

The repeated comments on slow service is accurate. They seem not to care. Cars spend 10-15 minutes at the window. When you use the app to see when you RX will be done, be ready to be told it will be another hour. Is this the result of an understaffed pharmacy? This will be my last visit to this pharmacy.

Never again. This place is horrible. I waited over an hour for my wife’s prescription only to be told to come back in two hours. When I returned two hours later the pharmacist told me come back in an hour. I said the tech told me earlier to come back in two hours. She said ok give me 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I was able to get the prescription.When she asked me if I had insurance I said no I have the Good RX card. Well she inputed some other prescription card that was double the price of the GoodRX price and told me the information was already inputed and she could not change it.

Worst pharmacy in Las Vegas. If you want to pickup a prescription, be prepared to wait at least 30+ minutes regardless of how many cars or people are in line. One thing I can say is they are consistent. Consistently the slowest pharmacy you will ever go to. Whether you call the pharmacy, drive-thru or walk in, at least you can know what to expect. No surprises here. So if you like consistency and have a-lot of emails to catch up on, I would recommend this location.

This is the worst pharmacy. I am not sure if there is any actual communication between pharmacist and staff, but I've had my prescription deleted from my profile, and a promise to fill thyroid medication. After explaining that I pay cash for my thyroid, they still continue to try to go through insurance (my insurance has not ever covered this medication, and have repeatedly explained this to 5 different staff at the pharmacy) and end up delaying my refill. I was promised that the pharmacist would call my doctor to replace my other deleted script, only to find that no one ever remedied the issue. Do not use this pharmacy.
