Theee worst customer service for the afternoon pharmacy shift!! The women working take foreveeeeeer, there’s always at least 4-5 cars in line and they take at least 10-20 mins to help you. Did I mention they’re rude! I came at 8:45pm once and there was a truck right in. Front of me and as soon as the truck was done I pulled up and the woman shuts the door in my face. I had to walk inside for my meds and she claimed she “did t see me” .. its always a bad experience here. Especially wait times.

Was ok until they told me to come pick up my medication.. so I get there, and is out of stock.. then why did you tell me it was ready????
And it won't be here until Wednesday or Thursday....

On Sep-3 my doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy, they took 16 days to fill up my prescription. I kept buying over the counter similar medicine because they said they didn't got my prescription but it wasn't true because I called my doctor and they sent my prescription several times to this cvs pharmacy. Also the pharmacy worker Lourdes was complaining to me about being under staff and with a lot of work, that is not my problem, if she doesn't like her job look for something else. I just need my medecine.

George is always very cheerful and welcoming. Prices are fair and my coupons were applied to my purchases.

I have encountered rude staff at this location. A black female and I received a call back from a very rude representative who had a Hispanic or Latino dialect. I have just requested all my refills to be transferred as a result. I work for CVS Health and personally know that this treatment is unacceptable and will be submitting a formal complaint. They make sure to NOT provide there names when asked which is a problem. The lead clinical tech Lavila did assist me with my concern and I appreciate her for that.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
I have been coming here for over 3 years now and I dread every time I have to go.
I have 3 prescriptions and 1 is never ready even when I am out.
It is a diabetes med not a controlled substance. This time I went in when out of meds and they told me it was not there, again. I left and as soon as I got home got an auto call telling me it was there and ready. Awful customer service. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last because I am going to Walgreens from now on.

The pharmacy staff on July 26, 2024 at 8:15 pm, had three women laughing and joking not to pay attention was rude as heck. There was two latinas and one black girl sticking their tongues out, they had my freaking medicine in the push out drawer and it took them like 5 minutes just to push it out. ? Then we sat in the line from 7:56 all the way till 8:15 because every car they would just joke and play around, I just wanted my meds.

If you have other options go to Walgreens down the street or somewhereelse. This is the worst place on earth to get meds! The customer service here is horrible! The pharmacist has the personality of an donut! No organization whatsoever.......

Was actually just cursed at by the male pharmacy employee while trying to update my insurance information. I'll never set foot in here again. Just atrocious service. Do better.
