Cody is the man! He went the extra mile to help me find eye drops. I know what you’re thinking. Not a big deal right? Except that when he walked over to open up the case, the brand I was considering was on the lower shelf. So as I took a knee, Cody did also and asked about my situation. In addition to dry eyes, I actually rubbed my eye in my sleep and woke up with some minor damge and major redness. He actually started reading the best uses of each one. In Vegas, I get dry eyes and frequently buy eye drops. Usually, the employee opens the case and then waits impatiently for me to choose so they can lock the case making me feel like an inconvenience. Cody, I appreciated your extra effort and attention. Something you don’t see a lot of these days. You deserve more than a raise and promotion! If everyone did this we’d all love our world because it would be a better one. Keep it up Cody! Thank you!

Worst possible manager! Not the first time he was rude to me, but this time is “that’s it”! I was in pick up lane for 5 minutes, with one car ahead of me only. No one else! Picking up medication to stop internal bleeding, and pharmacy already texted me that med is ready to pick. I’m coming from emergency care, on the way to see specialist, but I need that bleeding stoped. After the vehicle ahead of me left, I pooled to the window where I see a tech lady shutting the window down! A look at the clock indicates exactly 1:30 pm, and she’s telling me that I have to come back at 2:00 pm, because pharmacy has lunch. On my comment that I was in lane before the break time, my med is ready and it’s to stop bleeding, she decided to assist me…when the “big manager” jumped in, almost pushed a technician and started shouting down the blinds. On my pleading for assistance that I’m bleeding , his comment was “ good for you, see you at 2:00 pm”!!! My daughter who seats next to me was in shock…she couldn’t understand! Is that kind of people our lives depend upon?! Merciless dude, who thinks only about that his meal not get cold?! God have mercy on you, you’ll need a lot of help with Him!

Pharmacy staff (the light skinned African American Hood Chick in particular) needs to deal with customer/patients information in a more private manner. Absolutely NOTHING about ME, my IDENTITY, or my medications need to be public. Ask for an ID and keep people’s business private. Stop surfing near the borders of HIPPA.

I love this CVS!!! The employees here are excellent!! Melissa the security guard (who assisted me with finding a couple things) and Robbie and Dorothy the check out clerks are extremely professional and helpful. Thank you for great service!!!

Even though wait times can get a bit lengthy, I prefer this CVS pharmacy solely for their customer service. Every one that has ever assisted me was always kind and attentive, answering any questions or concerns I may have.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Rude and Disrespectful Pharmacy StaffReview:I am writing this review to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the pharmacy I recently dealt with. The level of rudeness and disrespect displayed by their staff was truly appalling, and it is evident that they have no regard for the well-being of their patients. My ordeal began when I experienced a delay in receiving my pt insulin refill, which resulted in my pt going without this life-saving medication for a staggering seven weeks.this was an incredibly dangerous situation that should have been treated with the utmost urgency. However, the pharmacy staff seemed completely indifferent to the or predicament.Upon contacting the pharmacy multiple times to inquire about the status of my prescription, I was met with nothing but dismissive attitudes and unhelpful responses. The staff members I interacted with were not only unapologetic but also demonstrated a complete lack of empathy towardsthe situation. It was as if they did not comprehend the severity of my pt condition and the potential consequences of not having access to insulin for such an extended period. As a result of their negligence, my pt suffered from severe hyperglycemia, which posed a significant threat to his health. This could have been easily avoided had the pharmacy fulfilled their responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. It is disheartening to think that a place that claims to prioritize patient care and well-being would exhibit such disregard for the lives of those they serve.I strongly urge anyone considering using this pharmacy to reconsider their decision. The lack of compassion and professionalism displayed by their staff is simply unacceptable. No patient should have to endure the stress and potential harm caused by the negligence of those entrusted with their healthcare needs. In conclusion, my experience with this pharmacy was nothing short of a nightmare. The rude and disrespectful behavior of their staff, coupled with their complete disregard for my well-being, has left me deeply disappointed. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be spared from the distress and potential health risks associated with dealing with such an incompetent pharmacy.

The worst customer service in pharmaceutical history, CVS is uncaring if you have your prescriptions or not! how urgent it is to fill! it’s completely irrelevant to this CVS store and some other CVS the uniform of service just didn’t exist in the pharmacy of these stores if you are disabled or have to have routine meds on certain dates routinely or specific dates leave it to them They will GLADLY MESS IT UP easily for you then give a repetitive explanations over and over and over, which will be irrelevant to resolution and definitely relevant to stress and contributions to stress related illnesses.ALL WITHOUT YOUR MEDS LOTS OF LOST TIME AND GAS AND STRESS FROM Explanations that are relevant to your circumstances,In short ; if you don’t mind bad service this is the perfect place for you. If you don’t need service this is a perfect place for you if it’s OK for you not to get your prescription sometimes many times this is a better place for you. If you don’t mind debating or spending the employees shift time with them to entertain them versus them filling prescriptions and doing their job. This is the place for you. You don’t even have to fill out applications to work off course you don’t get paid and you may or may not get the prescriptions your paid for!At CVS lake mead all you have to do is request for prescription filled!once you’ve given a prescription you will spend enough time there to be an employee, and you may not even get a the requested prescription filled but you will spend time excessively unnecessarilyif you need service?if you need your prescription?if you have medicine as you need monthly?if you have a disability and you have to have some kindness or help understandingDue to disabilities or medical facts, for your sanity and TIME find somewhere else.TIME IS THE ONLY THING WE CAN NOT REPLACE}{& THUS FORTH TIME IS MONEY

Probably the worst healthcare experience I've ever had. Both the Pharamcists and pharmacy techs are incredibly rude in addition to being unhelpful. There is a nationwide shortage of my son's ADHD medication, but CVS won't tell you if it is in stock or not before they get a prescription. When they got the prescription they said they wouldn't fill it because the insurance was not going to cover the medication, and I wanted to pay out of pocket. The pharacist said that this particular drug "must go through insurance." I explained that I am a licensed attorney (I teach health law even!), and I know that I am legally allowed to pay out of pocket for prescriptions. The pharacist called this suspicious. I explained that it is not worth my time to try to fight with the insurance company--I would rather just pay for it and get my son his medication. Our insurance does not cover a lot of medications, that I just pay out of pocket for because they work.... etc. The pharmacist then told me that he would use his "discretion" to not fill the drug becuase he thinks it is suspicious that I want to get the medication that allows my son to function in school ASAP (he was given his last pill this morning). I can't imagine trusting this pharmacy with any healthcare need, they do not deserve your business. Go to Costco, or Sav-on, or Walgreens.

I came in to drop my prescription off; it was the first time at this location. Saraya was the person helping me. Saraya kept asking if I was sure that the prescription was valid because it wasn't going through in the system. Saraya kept repeating 09/19/2023 out loud. Then she told me that my regular CVS was across town and that I should go there. I told her that I had just left Mountain View Hospital Emergency and asked for the nearest CVS. Saraya continued to repeat the same date out loud. I told her that it was August 20th. Then, the prescription went through. I asked the time frame for the prescription to be ready. Saraya gave a 20-minute window for pickup. I left and returned. Angie is now flying into the pharmacy area late for work, clacking her fingernails and adjusting her eyelashes. Angie tells Michael she's going to use his register and then asks for the next customer in line; which was me. Angie asked for my last name, and I gave it to her. Angie asked for my last name again, and I gave it to her. Angie states, " So your last name and first name are the same?" I informed Angie that you asked my last name twice. Angie instantly gets an attitude with me. I was quoted a price by Angie and asked if my insurance could cover it? Angie states, "it's too late and just pay what she said." No prescription consultation was given nor asked if I needed one. This location needs a refresher course on customer service a month ago. This will be my last time coming to this location. CVS needs a serious overhaul of their work staff.

Just tried to pick up my colonoscopy prep at drive thru from "Tyler" and have never seen worse customer service in my life. He just kept repeating in a very annoyed voice that they didn't have a prescription from me instead of trying to figure out what the issue is. Turns out it's at a different cvs and I asked him to look up the store and he gave me the store number and told me to google the number to find that store. Wow. Guess I'm glad I wasn't trying to pick up heart meds or something more serious.

Pharmacist gave me meds to tide me over till expired prescription refilled by Doc- MIA! But a physician who leaves her practice without letting long term paying clients know and leaves us hanging with non refillable prescriptions — which we are cautioned not to stop on our own— is just trash. Best believe I will be reporting her to the medical board in Georgia,God willing. clearly , she did not take her Hippocratic oath: to do no harm, seriously.

I thought maybe it was just a bad day for this lady, but Soraya, in the pharmacy department is absolutely awful to people. She has the worst attitude and just acts as if you’re an inconvenience to her. She doesn’t try to be helpful whatsoever, and gives you the bare minimum effort in doing anything. She ruins that place, in my opinion.Everyone else is pretty helpful, honestly but this girl is just ick all around. I can’t give 5 stars, because of her.
