The Pharmacist at this location is a dramatic failure. He even lied to me to avoid work. My Sesame app keeps digitally sending him medication and he fails to acknowledge it digitally due to him not understanding his owm system. He is a liar. Dont trust him.

Came here for the first time for the pharmacy but ended up getting some snacks too. Christopher and Dawn were the best! They both went above and beyond with their customer service and they were both so kind and personable. I love how attentive they both were too. I’m so glad I chose this location, it was totally by chance but I’ll definitely be sticking to this location from now on! Thank you guys again for being great 😊💗

Every Employee at This Location Needs Retraining it’s like they hit the same type personality here, RUDE AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE/ AGGRESSIVE!!
I am beyond frustrated with the CVS staff at this location, every single one of them. Whether on the phone or in person, they are consistently combative, argumentative, and rude. Their behavior toward patients and the community is completely unacceptable.
People come here seeking help with medications or health concerns, not to deal with unnecessary attitude or arguments. If the staff is having a bad day, that’s their problem—not ours. Every employee at this location clearly needs retraining on how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.
It’s disappointing that nothing seems to be done to address this, and I sincerely hope CVS takes serious action to fix it!

No customer service. No greetings. No assistance. Always out of things. Pharmacy has no drive through and service always is terrible here too. It is what it is. I find most cvs are around the same.

ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR BEYOND RUDE. THE STORE AS A WHOLE BUT SPECIFICALLY EMPLOYEE,JANE. KEEP ON MIND I WAS NOT THE ONLY FEMALE IN THE COSMETIC SECTION OF THE STORE! "jane" PRACTICALLY ATTACKED ME IN THE STORE BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FOR MAKEUP AND FINDING THAT TO SPITE MY BEING AT THE NOW 9TH STORE I STILL COULDN'T FIND A SPECIFIC COLOR OF REVLON LIPSTICK! NOW BARE IN MIND IT IS THE END OF MAY, IN NEVADA,, SP FOR THOSE OF US WALKING EVERYWHERE IT CAN BE QUITE WARM. SO MY FACE WAS MOST DEFINITELY RED AND IM SURE I DID COVER MY FACE WITH MY HANDS IN SOME SHOW OF FRUSTRATION BUT I WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT IN NEED OF MEDICAL CARE NOR WAS HOW I WAS ACTING A CAUSE FOR ALARM. AND SHE KEPT EXCLAIMING AS SHE TORE THROUGH MY BELONGINGS THAT "THEY WERE WATCHING ME" & "THAT THEY WERE SERIOUSLY CONCERNED FOR ME" & "THAT I DONT NEED TO. E GOING SHOPPING WHEN IM HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME IN MY LIFE"!!! 1ST, WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO TRY TO TELL ME HOW TO LIVE MY LIFE? 2ND, IF I AM BEING WATCHED SO DAMNED CLOSELY THAN WHOM EVER IS WATCHING ME SHOULD'VE BEEN ABLE TO ATTEST TO THE FACT THAT I HADN'T TAKEN ANYTHING FROM THIS DAMNED CVS AND PIT IT INTO MY WAGON..AND FINALLY Y'ALL ARE LUCKY IM IN A GOOD PLACE IM MY LIFE AND NOT ALL SPAZZED OUT LIKE YOU TRIED TO MAKE ME OUT TO BE BECAUSE IF I WAS I MIGHT HAVE JUST KNOCKED YOUR FREAKN' HEAD OFF FOR TOUCHING ME OR MY THINGS.HONESTLY YOU NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL BECAUSE I PERSONALLY KNOW OF A FEW PEOPLE WHO WOULD ACTUALLY BREAK YOUR ARM OR WORSE. I only subject myself to the wrath of how poorly this store is ran because it's literally around the corner from my house. The manager in training named Jane literally kicked me out and forced me out of the store one time because she caught me "putting items back in the wrong place. " I had a full cart I wanted to purchase and ended up leaving it after getting her on video admitting what she just did. They are also not service dog friendly and if you don't have your cape on the dog and license they won't even let the dog in. Again, Jane.

Excellent customer service, the 2 sales associates were most pleasant, knowledgeable of the questions I had and extremely efficient. The store was a little busy but they both worked to acknowledge everyone and in a super speedy process. Then other a warm smile said thank you and have a wonderful day.
