This locations team members are always pleasant and attentive. They always greet me when I arrive. I find this location to have organized products on the shelves so you can always find what you're looking for fairly easily.

The pharmacy staff here, especially the females are so rude very unprofessional and have nasty attitudes. I DONT RECOMEND GOING TO THIS CVS!!

Ive been going to this pharmacy for many years and havent had a problem getting my 90 day prescription filled until recently. I usually have to go through trouble getting it filled every month but if Im lucky ill get a nice pharmacist who actually fills the requested prescription. If I cant fill my full prescription then why have I done this for years and how can my phsychiatrist submit the order if it doesnt work. Thinking of switching to a new pharmacy because this is ridiculous.

One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And this is not the first time in this location. The two ladies working have bad attitudes and make you feel like you're bothering them when asking for help. CVS you need to do better with your hiring.

I don't think this location ever picks up the phone. There's no way to get through a to a human being, even a cashier up at the front. They never call back, and it's absurd that you can't get to a human and only leave a voicemail. I've never experienced this horrible type of service at a CVS. The CVS standards in Nevada must be a lot lower than they are in California. Such a pity, how embarrassing for them.

This pharmacy never calls me back. Several months ago I had to go into the store to talk to them about a prescription because they left text after text and when I left a message to call me back they never did.
They told me they are trying to do better and apologized and he read my phone off as one digit off, which I think was a ruse on his part due to the fact that each time I requested a call back my phone number was verified as correct.
Flash forward three months and I needed to speak to them about a new doctor who would be taking over my prescription they called me about. The message states they will call back within the hour. This is the third day without a call back. I now have a new pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy for quite some time. The Pharmacist is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have closer pharmacies, but Great service is EVERYTHING to me. The whole pharmacy staff is very helpful and kind.

This store never has stocked shelves especially sale items or OTC Products. Hasn't had shopping carts for 2 weeks, not to mention just shopping baskets. Never enough employees to stock, assist or cashier. Next time I'll try a different CVS location.

This is the absolute best CVS I have ever been to. I've been hesitant to use CVS of late, due to my experiences with bad customer service, as well as other issues. I've been prescribed a controlled substance for panic disorder and ptst for a couple of years and wherever I go to fill it I've always felt judged and looked down upon. Not here, the pharmacist is super friendly and helpful, as are the pharmacy techs. Right now I have to travel 10 miles to retrieve my prescriptions, as I have moved, but will continue to do so due to the compassionate service I receive here. My hats off to the employees here.

REINA was extremely rude and impatient, she looked unprofessional with all the piercings and no patience and no answers on the coupons, i will never go back if she is there and / or buy anything at that store. Horrible customer service
