Useless employees from the entrance back to the pharmacy I asked a lady up front and was told idk to my question and was told to check out pharmacy and I asked the same question and was told oh no we don't have anything for stomach acid didn't no one even bothered to look on their phone or do a research just gave up ASAP and said oh no we don't have anything

Worst CVS pharmacy that i've ever been to. i've been with CVS for years. I moved from my normal location to the other side of town. So I had to switch to a cvs closer and it was the worst experience i've had. my interaction was with the pharmacy manager, very rude and does not listen to your questions. And God forbid you ask him to explain something or why they sent the prescription back. He doesn't want to answer any questions. Just so I can get my medication.I need to figure it out myself.Basically.
The other staff in the pharmacy and the store our great.

Great manager, very courteous, helpful and professional. Sale prices and OTC very visible. Low stock on a few things besides that pleasant experience.

Three months pregnant I asked to use the bathroom and they’re saying they don’t have a bathroom for the public. CVS is too big of a worldwide company to not offer restrooms to their dedicated employees. I live right across the street and I’m literally in here every other day. Like are we serious? I put everything back and went to Walgreens.. And they actually let me use the bathroom .. ridiculous
