Store employees are great, friendly and efficient. The pharmacy staff is very slow at the drive thru. Im always at the drive thru for 15 minutes or more! Why even offer drive thru if you can get an employee to stay there consistently when customers drive up. I'm ready to switch pharmacies because of consistently long waits even if I'm the only one on the drive thru. I've been in Customer Service Retail my whole life. If this is acceptable to CVS then I find it acceptable to transfer all of my rx to a better staffed pharmacy. Sorry CVS. Your pharmacies need real help

Shannon went above and beyond to help me. The store is clean, well stocked and the employees are very friendly and responsive. This CVS location is out of my way, but I will be shopping here from now on because of my experience today! Great customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at this CVS thanks to the exceptional service from Nicole at the front checkout and Joyce, the pharmacy manager and other Pharmacy staffs. Nicole was incredibly friendly, patient, and efficient—she made the checkout process quick and pleasant, even during a busy time. Joyce went above and beyond in the pharmacy, taking time to answer my questions and making sure I understood everything about my prescription. It’s rare to find a team that’s both professional and genuinely caring. Thanks to Nicole and Joyce, and other Pharmacy Staffs that i can't remember the names. this CVS is my go-to store!

The women who helped me here did everything right! She was quick to open everything, to get the items I needed, and she was very kind to me even if I kinda had her running all over the place haha. She was a VERY great worker!

I don’t know what kind of education the techs have. But there’s a non accent girl answering the phones that has refused to fill Xanax 1 day early. She quotes it’s the law. 3 months Jan Feb Mar.
I called Tuesday she won’t call for refill even when she sees zero refills. That’s the second time this year I’ve been out of pills. I asked her to plz run both scripts I needed a narcotic and Xanax on Wednesday. My insurance will lapse for a week due to cobra changing companies. Wasn’t done. Sent a message. No response. Called around 3pm today doc finally called Xanax and she told me the narcotic had been ran and insurance went through. They are working on it now. She reassures me both will be ready in a couple hours.
NO SURPRISE. NO TEXT. NO CALL. AND THE NARCOTIC THAT COSTS 200$ without insurance. It’s still processing. Doesn’t sound ran or done.
I’m beyond upset. They treat me like I’m a drug addict and give zero empathy. I’ve had different locations Walmart and CVS.
Maybe I should email the pharmacy and corporate and drop my HIPPA rights and inform them of my rare disease. Of almost constant pain in my back, feet and legs. Or the huge boot I wear on my right foot forever. Due to splintering bones lack of circulation and it’s very twisted. Of my arms aching every day. I had to learn to walk again but lost a lot of muscle that won’t come back. Of pure stubbornness to get out of a wheelchair and walker. I walk with a cane. I can stand or walk without pain for 15 min. And I have terrible anxiety and PTSD. From a horrible childhood event.
Why dont they treat customers warmly after years and years. Why does this girl want me to come to the pharmacy for each refill. God forbid they actually extend a helping hand once. Or follow through so I don’t have to keep calling.
I also blame this coldness and lack of empathy on the companies. I know they run short handed. But I took a nursing oath. One of those oaths are to support and advocate for your patients. Or to do no harm.
I am always kind to people. I don’t know where that common act became lost to people.

“I have been using this pharmacy for a long time without any issues. However, on 04/21/25, when I tried to get my medication, the pharmacist hung up on me twice and refused to provide his last name, as he did not want to assist me. Due to this experience, I have decided to transfer my prescription to a pharmacy other than CVS.”
